ROSE Vacances offers you this comfortable and functional house, ideal for family or friends' holidays. Spacious and pleasant to live in, it has an outdoor area with terrace and enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying fine weather and relaxing after a day of sightseeing or beach.



This lovely house, nestled in the peaceful pine trees, benefits from a privileged location: Tanchet beach is only 300 metres away, whilst the zoo and Casino des Pins are accessible at approximately 800 metres. An ideal setting to fully enjoy Les Sables-d'Olonne, between nature, relaxation and leisure.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
