ROSE Holidays offers this charming house ideal for a family stay, located in a quiet area of Sables-d'Olonne, just a few minutes' walk from shops and the beach.

Functional and warm, it can accommodate up to 4 people and features a small pleasant courtyard to enjoy meals outdoors.



This accommodation is perfect for a couple with children or a small family seeking rest and simplicity near the ocean.



The house consists of:

A bright living room, equipped with a sofa, a coffee table and a dining area.

A separate and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker.

A first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).

A second bedroom with bunk beds (90 cm).

A bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.



Exterior:

A small courtyard will allow you to take meals calmly, in the open air.



Parking:

A parking space is available right in front of the house (suitable for a small car).
