Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage im 18. Stock mit direktem Blick auf die Außenpools am Phoenix Gulf Shores und bietet vom Wohnzimmer und den Schlafzimmern aus einen unglaublichen Panoramablick auf den Golf! Wir haben auch ein schlüsselloses Eingangstürschloss, damit Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit den Schlüsseln Schritt halten müssen! Vom Balkon oder durch die raumhohen Fenster des Geräts genießen Sie einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf. Mit über 1.980 m² ist die Einheit sehr geräumig, neu eingerichtet und neu auf dem Vermietungsmarkt !!

In dieser Wohnung in Phoenix Gulf Shores gibt es zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten: Das Gerät ist mit Geräten in voller Größe, einer Wet-Bar mit Eismaschine, einem 65-Zoll-HD-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und einem 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Haupt- und 2. Schlafzimmer sowie 45 Zoll ausgestattet. HDTVs im 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master- und 2. Schlafzimmer und zwei Queensize-Betten im 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer. Wir erlauben auch zwei Kindern, auf dem Sofa zu schlafen. Bettwäsche ist vorhanden.

Es gibt einen fantastischen Außenpool ohne Eintritt mit Wasserrutsche, einen beheizten Innenpool, zwei Whirlpools, ein hochmodernes Fitnesscenter mit Blick auf den Golf, Grillmöglichkeiten und einen Tennisplatz.

Es gibt eine Mindestaltergrenze von 25 Jahren, um das Gerät zu reservieren, die ohne Rückerstattung für Verstöße durchgesetzt wird.

Loved our stay! This is our 3rd time booking with Phoenix! Great room, pool, and such a nice beach for the family! Room was just as listed and easily accommodated our large family! Indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and clean! Private beach access was nice and beach wasn’t too busy! Would 100% recommend for your next family vacation!

Beautiful unit!

The condo was beautiful and in great shape!! The facility was quiet in the off-season and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Be aware: the unit is sparsely equipped when it comes to some basic items- no hand soap, no extra trash bags, etc. Also note that they are strict in terms of no early check in being available and the checkin time is quite late.

The condo was amazing and in great location. The trip was for bachelorette trip and was big enough for all the girls. Check in was easy and condo was very clean. Decor was very pretty. We have already been looking into stay in the condo for another trip. Would love to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used this great condo for a week with 8 adults and 6 very small children. The unit sleeps 14 per website but the rooms were portrayed with some sort of wide angle lens but in reality are very small other than the master bedroom. We made it work but could not really spread out at all and unfortunately it rained for 3 days of our stay making it more difficult to remain inside with all of us. Had one maintenance issue but Michael handled it quickly and efficiently.

Best Place I Have Ever Stayed!

This is the most beautiful and clean property I’ve ever stayed at. The listing is 100% accurate. The only thing that is not posted is that when you check in the person at the desk will give you wrist bands for everyone over the age of 5, once you put them on there is no way to take them off, we were not aware of that and a couple of people in our group put theirs on a little too tight. Its a small detail, it did not affect the trip, just giving the heads up for anyone else who stays here. 10/10 recommend this property.

It was a good location for a family with young kids. The indoor pool was a hit but I wish the outdoor pool would have been heated. The beach was so close which made it an easy walk with all our beach gear. While the beach was crowed there was room to spread out and best of all, it was a well behaved crowd of mostly families. The unit was very nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. The cabinets need to be sorted out and organized and we would have appreciated a spare roll of toilet paper. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors which obviously had not been mopped. We are a family that takes their shoes off when we go inside and within minutes the bottom of everyone's feet were black. One other negative was that the beds made so much noise when you moved in them...not sure why this was. We mostly stayed on the property and cooked our own meals but we did get seafood from S&S Seafood Market which was great. There are lots of miniature golfs places and arcades nearby for a break from the beach. We will consider this property again for future trips.

Beautiful Views and Great Location

We stayed the entire week and had a blast. Close to restaurants with a short walk to some and others just a short car ride. There's a small convenient grocery store right across the street for last minute items. The Walmart is maybe 2 miles away for Groceries. The property is right on the beach and from the 18th floor you can watch Dolphins and see other things in the water from the covered balcony. From the balcony we even saw a Shark swimming along the shore in the morning. The condo is plenty big enough for multiple people to stay and not feel crowded. The view from the unit with corner and back windows is amazing. The kitchen was great for preparing meals and we cooked quite a bit. The property has an indoor and outdoor pool we we used alot and the beach is big and lots of room to spread out if you don't want to be right next to someone. We went the 2nd week of September which is the start low season and it was awesome. Light crowds and no waiting at most restaurants. The maintenance crew at the property were always cleaning and improving the place so it was clean everywhere. Also the gym in the building has alot to offer as afar as equipment. It has a full view of the beach and made working out almost fun. ;)

Very good overall except for your parking pass policy. I had my renal car exchanged and the pass I purchased on Sunday did not get transferred. I was made to pay an additional $58 or my car would be towed. I did not think that was fair. We had proof I paid.

Great stay at this unit. View was amazing ! Everything worked great. Little short on freezer space and ice maker had to be reset to work properly, but overall a wonderful kept unit with great benefits. AC was very good ... there were no problems.
