Unsere Wohnung liegt perfekt in der begehrten East Corner im 19. Stock mit direktem Blick auf den Außenpool am Phoenix Gulf Shores mit unglaublichem Panoramablick auf den Golf! Wir haben auch ein schlüsselloses Haustürschloss, so dass Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit Schlüsseln auf dem Laufenden bleiben müssen! Sie können einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf vom Balkon oder durch die raumhohen Fenster in der Einheit genießen. Mit über 1.980 m² ist das Gerät sehr geräumig, neu möbliert und neu auf dem Mietmarkt!

Die Ausstattung dieser Wohnung in Phoenix Gulf Shores ist reichlich: Das Gerät ist mit Geräten in voller Größe, Wet Bar mit Eismaschine, 65 "-Flachbild-HDTV im Wohnzimmer und einem 55" -Flachbild-HDTV im Haupt- und 2. Schlafzimmer und 43 "-Flachbild-HDTVs ausgestattet. Smart-TVs im 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer, Waschküche mit voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner. In allen vier Schlafzimmern gibt es ein Kingsize-Bett und im Wohnzimmer eine Schlafcouch für bis zu 10 Personen. Kein Streit mehr um die großen Betten !!

Es gibt einen fantastischen Zero-Entry-Außenpool mit Wasserrutsche, einen beheizten Innenpool, zwei hochmoderne Fitnesscenter mit Blick auf den Golf, Grillmöglichkeiten und einen Tennisplatz. Wir haben auch die 3br Einheit nur zwei Türen von unserer 4br.

Es gibt ein Mindestalter von 25 Jahren, um das Gerät zu reservieren. Bei Verstößen wird es nicht erstattet.

Ihr Urlaub wird am Phoenix Gulf Shores mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, dem Strand und luxuriösen Unterkünften komplett sein. Kommen Sie und genießen Sie alles, was dieser neue Phoenix zu bieten hat. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was the perfect setup for our family! With 3 bathrooms, everyone had their privacy and could get ready expediently! We planned to cook seafood and I messaged Michael before arrival asking what cookware was available. When I told him we planned to do a shrimp boil he purchased a new large boiler and had it waiting on us upon arrival! Upon arrival I discovered that the vacuum was broken. Michael brought us a brand new one the next day!The balcony and the views are nothing short of spectacular!The only downside we had was the ice maker not working properly. Michael did send out a repair man and we eventually had it working. Absolutely would stay here again!

Property located right on the beach or fabulous. I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. The floors were filthy when we arrived. There was food on the area rug. There was a throw blanket that obviously had a smell of pee on it. The couches were filthy and stained definitely need to be replaced. The kitchen had very limited dishes, which were chipped. They had a couple pans that were very old. I would definitely bring your own a kitchen needs! For the price of the condo I was expecting more things in the kitchen. Definitely not happy with the couches and the dirty floors!! I would maybe stay here again if they would improve the kitchen supply replaced the couches and make sure the condo is clean!

The condo was the perfect size for our family trip of 9 and it never felt crowded. The location being on the beach was perfect to walk down every day. The pools were always clean and not overly crowded. Access to everything on site was also a breeze. The only thing we found we had an issue with was the floors were dirty. But we just did an extra mop on the first day and it was fine. We had a baby crawling on the floor so that’s why it was a bigger deal. We will absolutely be staying here again!

This condo was beautiful and it had absolutely everything you need. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Everyone had plenty of room and was very happy with each of their rooms. Checking in was very simple and the beach wasn’t over crowded. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect for our annual family beach trip

The only unexpected element to our stay was that every single item is removed from the condo during the cleaning process - so - be prepared to bring EVERYTHING: salt, pepper, foil, etc.
