Unsere Wohnung liegt perfekt in der begehrten East Corner im 19. Stock mit direktem Blick auf den Außenpool am Phoenix Gulf Shores mit unglaublichem Panoramablick auf den Golf! Wir haben auch ein schlĂŒsselloses HaustĂŒrschloss, so dass Sie wĂ€hrend Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit SchlĂŒsseln auf dem Laufenden bleiben mĂŒssen! Sie können einen spektakulĂ€ren Blick auf den Golf vom Balkon oder durch die raumhohen Fenster in der Einheit genießen. Mit ĂŒber 1.980 mÂČ ist das GerĂ€t sehr gerĂ€umig, neu möbliert und neu auf dem Mietmarkt!



Die Ausstattung dieser Wohnung in Phoenix Gulf Shores ist reichlich: Das GerĂ€t ist mit GerĂ€ten in voller GrĂ¶ĂŸe, Wet Bar mit Eismaschine, 65 "-Flachbild-HDTV im Wohnzimmer und einem 55" -Flachbild-HDTV im Haupt- und 2. Schlafzimmer und 43 "-Flachbild-HDTVs ausgestattet. Smart-TVs im 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer, WaschkĂŒche mit voller GrĂ¶ĂŸe Waschmaschine und Trockner. This condo was beautiful and it had absolutely everything you need. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Everyone had plenty of room and was very happy with each of their rooms. Checking in was very simple and the beach wasn’t over crowded. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect for our annual family beach trip

Second time to stay at this particular property and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and easy to work with during our stay. The location is perfect for anything one would want to do in the Gulf Shores area.

The room overall was nice. Very roomy considering we had 10 people in the condo at once. There were some burnt light bulbs which made it harder for older guests. The jacuzzi tub spewed out black bits of I'm not sure what but maybe it just wasn't cleaned properly. On our last morning there, there was some type of water outage. I couldn't get in touch with anyone by phone and went I went down to the lobby there was no one around to ask about it. We did have a great time and will book here again.

Property is exactly as pictures and description show. Great location, quiet, clean, property amenities are all that you could ask for. Close to restaurants, shopping, state park and so much more. Already planning on a return visit.

Great place

Check-in to check-out was very easy. Whole family had a great time. Location is close to all of the activities we wanted to do with smaller children. Make sure to bring a couple extra laundry pods if you plan to do more than one load of laundry and a few extra trash bags.

The condo was the perfect size for our family trip of 9 and it never felt crowded. The location being on the beach was perfect to walk down every day. The pools were always clean and not overly crowded. Access to everything on site was also a breeze. The only thing we found we had an issue with was the floors were dirty. But we just did an extra mop on the first day and it was fine. We had a baby crawling on the floor so that’s why it was a bigger deal. We will absolutely be staying here again!

We planned to cook seafood and I messaged Michael before arrival asking what cookware was available. When I told him we planned to do a shrimp boil he purchased a new large boiler and had it waiting on us upon arrival! Upon arrival I discovered that the vacuum was broken. Michael brought us a brand new one the next day!The balcony and the views are nothing short of spectacular!The only downside we had was the ice maker not working properly. Michael did send out a repair man and we eventually had it working. Absolutely would stay here again!

Gulf Shores

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we had a great time. The condo we stayed in was perfect. Right on the beach. Pools for the kids in the evening. Grills for cooking dinner. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back.

Amazing view

This large properly was perfect for our family trip and the views were simply incredible! The only down side we found is that the kitchen is poorly stocked - we purchased cookware at tj max to prepare dinner. If you are planning to cook, you will need to pack pots, pans and utensils. The bedrooms/ bathrooms are all very large and again the views!! I have recommended this property to friends and would stay again.

Great unit with beautiful decor

Unit 1904 was beautifully decorated, the layout was perfect for our stay, and the living space was nice and large. Having 4 king beds was very nice and the bedrooms had ample space. The only downside was a slow water dispenser in the fridge and slow producing ice maker - though the property has ice available for purchase on site so it wasn't that big of an issue. I would definitely rent again!
