This village house has 3 different levels:

Ground floor:
- Cellar and laundry room

1st floor:
- 19m² living room with TV, fireplace, sofa and armchairs
- Fitted kitchen with electric kettle, oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (convertible into two 80x200 single beds) and a study area
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (convertible into two 80x200 single beds)

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private terrace of 13m² with outside dining area and two armchairs.

The house is ideally located in Cornillon, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
Nearby Cascades du Sautadet (swimming), numerous hiking trails, canoeing on the Cèze and vineyards.
Less than 10 minutes away, Goudargues with its shops, restaurants and pretty canal.
Listed villages to discover: La Roque-sur-Cèze and Montclus, as well as caves.
Around 30 minutes away: Avignon, the Pont du Gard and Nîmes.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house (non-reserved space).
There is a large free public car park 100m from the accommodation.

- Nearby bus services are available to neighbouring towns and villages.
