A living room with sofa, coffee table, TV, DVD, a dining room, a kitchen equipped with hob, hood, combined oven, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, press fruit, toaster bread and kitchen utensils.

A laundry room with washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner, storage.

A terrace with table, chairs, a barbecue and a parasol.

A fully enclosed private garden of 400 m2, with a round wooden swimming pool 4x4 in diameter and 1.10 m deep (above ground and secured by a removable ladder for greater peace of mind), as well as deckchairs, parasol.
Swimming pool in service from April 15 to 30 september.

The house is air-conditioned with reversible air conditioning and also heated by inertia convectors.

Parking secure inside the house.

ARRIVAL from 5 p.m. and DEPARTURE before 10 a.m.
It is not possible to arrive before 5 p.m. and leave after 10 a.m., thank you for your understanding and for planning accordingly.

Bed linen, towels and pool towels provided.
The linen provided is clean and disinfected, the towels and pillows are renewed every year, the sheets and duvets are not new but well maintained
