→ A fully equipped open-plan kitchen including an oven with microwave function, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as cookware, dishes and kitchen utensils. A small adjoining laundry area with a washing machine is also available.
→ The living area opens onto a south-facing balcony, furnished with a table, two chairs and two sun loungers. This outdoor space offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the beaches, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a drink at the end of the day.
→ An independent cabin-style bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 x 200 cm). The bedroom also features storage space and a mirror.
→ A shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, a vanity with mirror and a heated towel rail. Separate toilet.
