Wonderful Stay by the Sea in Cannes

We had a fantastic experience at this apartment. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with our host was smooth and prompt, and check-in was simple. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the area.

Superb apartment, stunning position!

This is a superb apartment in a stunning position! Everything that could possibly be needed is provided; it doesn't matter too much if the weather isn't perfect - although it usually is - because this is a wonderful base to relax and just watch the world go by! We would recommend it to anyone and intend to return as often as we can!

Great location, great apt

The view of the bay from the balcony was stunning. The location is great. 10 minutes walk from the shops of Rue d Antibes. Very nice long walk along the bay. It was convenient to have parking a few minutes away. But parking spot is extremely tight. Overall a great rental. I would recommend getting new cushions for the chairs on the balcony. Lovely stay.

Great place to stay

Friendly owner and easy communication. Very good location, fantastic view overlooking the the port, the beaches, actually the whole bay from the loggia. Restaurants, shops, supermarket, train station are within a walking distance, very good public beach is just across the road. Spacious apartment (enough space for 2 adults and 2 children), very well furnished and convenient, both bedrooms have air conditioning. All in all we had a wonderful stay. Definitely recommended.

Perfect location!

Nicole’s apartment is perfectly located right across from the beach. Her communication throughout our booking process was wonderful and she made sure all details were accounted for. The apartment is fully stocked with anything you may need and located nearby shops, groceries, etc. We come to Cannes every year and will be staying in Nicole’s apartment if possible. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Perfect Seaside Retreat

Loved our weeklong stay. Nicole couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive and allowed us to drop off our luggage early morning while the apartment was being cleaned, which was so considerate. Apartment is lovely, fully provisioned and very clean. Nicole has beach chairs and towels too! Shower works great as does the air conditioning. Relaxing on the terrace overlooking the sea is a perfect way to begin and end a day. We had a front row seat to the fireworks too! Thank you Nicole, would love to return.

Excellent Apartment!

A superb apartment, peacefully located towards the end of the Croisette but ideal for a city/beach break. There is everything you need and we received a very warm welcome. There is a small supermarket with everything you could need around the corner from the apartment and a couple of restaurants as well if you did not want to walk down the Croisette to the busy areas. The beach is straight across from the apartment, ideal for summer swimming or winter walks! Very happy to recommend this apartment.

This is by far the nicest place I've stayed in almost 27 years of attending conferences in Cannes. It had everything one could possibly need, and all the people involved with the property were both extremely nice and very professional. I'm a little hesitant to give the property the excellent review it deserves, as I don't want it to be booked the next time I come! But I can't lie: This flat was, simply put, simply wonderful.

Super séjour dans un super appartement

La réalité est meilleur que l’annonce, car l’appartement situé au dernière étage d’un immeuble très soigné, avec balcon et une magnifique vue sur la mère. L’appartement a tout de ce que ont peut peut avoir besoin. Le garage un peu étroit, mais ma voiture Q3 est bien rentrée 😉 J’espère retourner 👍

Beautiful Location on La Croisette

A perfect pitch for an out of season stay. Compact but well equipped very comfortable residence within easy walking distance of town centre along the promenade. We certainly hope to return.

"pied a terre"
we visit cannes regularly and we enjoy the weather,the swimming,the markets
(all things we do not always get in the UK)

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

It was love at 1rst sight
I had gone to Cannes to buy a property many times and every time I came back disapointed
I was mostly looking at buying in the hills at the back of Cannes but that meant no shop at a walking distance
I would have needed the car to go everywhere and with the problems to park ! it was not satisfactory
and one day I visited this flat
made an offer and asked my husband to send the money and that was it
fortunately he also loved it
we never regretted it

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

some times people advertise " a sea view" but when you arrive,you have to bend out of a widow to see the sea
From my flat situated on the 7th and last floor you have truly a panoramic view of the bay and as it is south facing you follow the sun from morning to sun set
there is a loggia to enjoy all that
and going swimming could not be easier
you cross the Croisette in your towell dressing gown
and if it is noisy or crowded on the beach ,you go back to the flat to chill out on the loggia with the blind if it is too sunny and a cold drink
and no parking problem
at the same time it is a walking distance to Rue d'Antibes or the Palais des festivals and a strll at night on La Croisette is very relaxing
