PETS are welcome!
The home is dog friendly only – up to 2 adult, house trained dogs weighing no more than 65lbs each (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $250 pet fee per dog, per stay is due at time of booking. An undisclosed dog fee of $400 (per dog) will be charged if you bring a dog that is not included in the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in.

Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. You are responsible for picking up after your dog in the yard or an additional fee may be incurred.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance helps protect your trip if plans change.

Property was great, located in a quiet neighborhood half a block from the beach. Community still small enough that the beach wasn't crowded traffic was light but close enough to restaurants and shopping if you wanted to go roam around.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this property again! The house was very clean and stocked with all the quality amenities we needed and more. The queen and king beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep after a day at the beach.The outdoor space and pool area were beautiful and provided the perfect spot to unwind. We especially appreciated the gate between the back doors and pool area, which was a fantastic safety feature for our small children. The property was also very pet-friendly, with a nice yard space for our dog to enjoy. The beach was an easy walk, even with small children, although Highway 98 can get busy at times.

If I could give more stars I definitely would! Every thing about the listing is accurate. This home is a hop skip and jump to the beach. And so beautifully decorated and super well stocked! This host didn’t forget any details so you can come and just relax. This home has tons of outdoor seating and you can watch the jets fly over from Tyndall AFB from the observation deck. If you want a comfortable nights sleep look no further. I felt like I was a 5 star resort the beds were so comfy! Check in/out was super easy too and the host Christina was very responsive. The pool area was absolutely refreshing and there’s even a giant screen tv for pool side movies or to watch sports while you swim. The backyard was quite the oasis. Every part of this home was perfect! I highly recommend this home for your beach vacation. It’s our new favorite!!!

Great getaway

Was a great family getaway. We loved how quiet the area is. Kids were able to ride bikes around the neighborhood and the uncrowded beach was great. Owner had miscommunication with cleaners on our check in but was resolved immediately and owner took great care of us. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental for a large home in MB or SJB area.

Perfect Location

Port St Joe is a great place to spend with friends and family! You can chill at the beach during the day and cook dinner at the house at night. Panama City Beach is right down the road if you’re looking for some night life excitement. This house honestly had it all! Come, enjoy, and play!!

We have stayed n this beach home with awesome ocean views for the past two years. It is a beautiful home and has everything you need while on a beach trip. A very short walk to the beach and you have your feet in the sand! We have 10 in my family and it is spacious and big enough for my crew. Loved the beautiful beach decor and colors.

The perfect getaway!

This home was perfect on every level! From the check-in process, to the amenities, to the space (beds, living rooms, etc.) it was exactly what we were looking for. It was steps away from the beach, and the upper deck had the perfect view. The hosts provided beach chairs & equipment which was a great resource. It was also a perfect in-between location between shops + cafes in Mexico Beach and downtown Port St. Joe. Highly recommend staying here!

WE ❤️ THIS PLACE!!

This home is even better than described in it's listing!! Everybody in our big family loved it here. We had plenty of space to gather together and/or spread out when we wanted. The walk to the water was quick and easy, and having a store just down the road was a bonus for when we needed more of whatever. I'm so very glad we found this place.. we're already planning to come back!! ❤️❤️❤️

Family Vacay

Property was better than we expected. We don’t have the luxury of traveling often and knew nothing of the area. The home was amazing. We have 8 children and plenty of room. We are big cooks and the kitchen was well equipped! The owners have thought of everything. The location was amazing. We did not know how it would be crossing the road. So quick and easy. Beautiful house in a great location!

This place was fantastic! Very clean and stylish with everything you needed. In a great location, and it was wonderful to be steps away from the water! We had a great time at Kent and Chris's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located. Very short drive to shops and lots of restaurants. The beach was a very short 2-3 minute walk and easy to do with 3 kids in tow. The beaches in the area were clean and quiet. I didn't have to worry about being overcrowded or a condo/high-rise blocking views or congesting the area. The beach was perfect for looking for crabs and seashells which made the kids really happy. The house itself was practically new. The beds were comfortable. The recliners and couches were all in good working order and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you'll need for a week away from home. The only thing I would mention if you are an older individual is that the kitchen is on the second floor so carrying groceries up the steps can be a chore or difficult if you have other physical disabilities. Wasn't an issue for us but wanted to note it for others reading this review. Bottom line, this place was wonderful and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family in the future. My wife was extremely happy with me for finding this place and it worth every dime to see the happy look on her face when we arrived.

This place was awesome for our family on the 4th of July weekend. It is just as pictured. All I could say is that there are quite a few steps, guests with disabilities may have difficulty getting to higher levels. House was clean, bunks were great, plenty of sleeping and entertainment, easy walk to beach and the beach was not crowded at all! Not to mention 4th of July fireworks on the beach at White Marlin. Host was a pleasure to deal with. Would stay here again for sure!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I love this neighborhood! It is golf cart friendly and family friendly. A couple of blocks walk to Dollar General to get whatever you need. A 15 minute walk to my favorite restaurant, Shipwreck. They have the best oysters! Most importantly, the beach is right across the street. A very short walk across to the dedicated beach path.

What I love about our property is the outdoor area. I love to have coffee on the second floor front deck. The outdoor living area by the pool has everything for all the family to want to hang out all day. The third floor top deck is perfect for a glass of wine while watching the sunset and stars.
