It's "About Time" for a beach vacation! This is the perfect house to call home during your trip to Mexico Beach. Custom built with a reverse floorplan, great outdoor space and ocean views from two upper decks. There is a private pool and outdoor shower and plenty of seating in the sun or in the shade.

The second floor has an open concept living, dining, kitchen and includes a half bath. It's very spacious with plenty of room for you and your guest. French doors open up from the main living to a partially covered deck with gulf views and lounge seating. The back covered deck offers ocean and pool views, a charcoal and gas grill, outdoor dining for eight, plus additional conversational seating for lounging.

The kitchen is complete with all the appliances and kitchenware you need for preparing your favorite meals. Custom built farm table seats 8, bar seats 4 and there is an additional table and seating for two.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and plenty of seating for gathering and watching your favorite shows and movies.

First floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and designated laundry area. There is access to the front covered patio from the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 1. French doors open from both rooms to a patio and a custom built bed swing. Perfect for those long afternoon naps after a day at the beach or fishing.

The saltwater pool is perfect for splashing around or lounging on a float anytime of the day. The outdoor shower has cold and hot water.

As a perk for the fisherman, we have an outdoor cleaning station with running water and rear parking for a boat.

*There are two surveillance cameras on the property. One in front of the house with views of the parking area and one in back of the house with views of the pool and back gate.
