Enjoy all the comforts of home paired with spectacular waterfront views in beautiful Beach Haven West, NJ. Start your mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee as boats drift by, and unwind in the evenings under the stars.

This spacious home features an open floor plan that’s perfect for gathering with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen and generous dining area offer plenty of seating for everyone. With four comfortable bedrooms—one conveniently located on the main floor and three upstairs—plus a queen-size pullout sofa in the living room, there’s room for everyone to relax.

Step outside to a large deck just off the dining area, ideal for reading, lounging, or simply taking in the peaceful water views. The backyard is designed for both fun and relaxation, featuring pavers, outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, a cozy fire pit, and a large outdoor shower. Enjoy meals outdoors with a gas BBQ and a dining table that seats six.

For water lovers, you can fish right from your private dock or take out the provided kayaks (one adult and one child) for a ride. The home is just minutes from the beautiful beaches of Long Beach Island, and we provide two beach badges for Ship Bottom along with beach chairs for your convenience.

Please note: Guests must bring their own linens, including pillows, sheets, and blankets. This home is best suited for families and couples over 25. No groups of young adults, please.

This is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the Jersey Shore.

Amazing Stay on the Lagoon

Beautiful house with nice location. Super convenient to go to the island and beautiful area. Neighbors were nice and the house was even cuter than the photos. Will definitely come to stay again.

Great location!

We had a great time staying in Beach Haven West. Melissa and Anthony were very accommodating and answered questions we had very quickly. The house was in the perfect location at the end of a cul-de-sac with easy access the bay via boat and to LBI. Thanks for an awesome family vacation!

Wonderful Home

House was just beautiful, and the views were to die for. Everything was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay. Unfortunately, we had to leave early because of some family issues. Would highly recommend renting this beautiful home.

We had a lovely stay. A great location on the bay. The house was beautiful and lots of outdoor space. We were disappointed with the amount of amenities provided as listed and the lack of help with the host and VRBO to solve issues that came up.

Lagoon Oasis!

A must book!!!! I planned a girls trip with my friends and everything about this house was perfect! The house was clean, spacious & had the most perfect backyard! We spent the entire day swimming in the bay. The host was responsive & VERY accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful views in a beautiful backyard

This shore house was great inside and out! The house was so spacious especially the kitchen. Furniture and bedding were comfortable. It definitely met our expectations based on the description and pictures in VRBO. Melissa the owner was very friendly and answered our questions promptly. The Welcome to the House gift was a very nice touch!

Great family vacation

The home was spacious and has the most comfortable furniture. The kitchen had the most cabinets I have ever had in a rental. The views were beautiful. Many lagoons converge there. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed the kayaking and fishing from the dock. Our great granddaughter loved the ducks and the array of outdoor toys. Everyone is saying this should be a yearly fall vacation. Owners were very nice to work with. Great experience

Wonderful Memorial Day weekend with family

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating family time at this beautiful property. We have family and friends in beach haven west and was so nice to visit with them and have a great place to relax. We loved all the children toys that were provided and the outdoor space including the kayaks. We had a friend pull right up to take us on a boat ride. Easy drive to the beach as well. We grilled one night and loved the firepit in the evening too. My only thing I would recommend to know if you rent this property, bring pillows and blankets. We brought sheets and towels because we saw no linens provided but just didn’t think about bringing pillows and blankets. Everything was perfect for a nice family getaway. Would highly recommend this place and would come back again. Thanks Melissa for your clear communication and wonderful home.

BEST VRBO HOUSE WE HAVE EVER RENTED!

This house was even so much better than our expectations. There are times when you look on VRBO and the house looks incredible and when you get there, not so much. This home however, exceeded any expectation we could have imagined! The property was exactly as described, super clean, and incredibly maintained! Melissa, the owner was phenomenal with communication and made everything so easy for me and my family. From opening the door when we arrived, until closing the door upon departure, everything about this house made us smile! The home has a way of making you feel like you’re not even renting! It was so warm and cozy, it felt like our very own home! Not to mention the little gift basket Melissa left for us upon arrival with some absolute necessities. We can’t wait to stay here again!!! The only bad thing is that this home wasn’t available to rent for the entire summer! Thank you for such a great stay!!

Amazing Home on the Lagoon!

We needed a quick getaway to just take a moment & breathe. This was it. Location is great. House was beautiful! Spacious inside & out! Dock was great for jetskis! Everyone enjoyed my daughter's 25th birthday dinner we held on Sunday. Will be going back for sure.!

Wonderful!!

So many perks to renting this home! The fenced in sandy yard is the perfect way to let kids safely play with a beautiful water view and friendly people waving as they go by on their boats. The home is nicely updated and very clean and a short drive to tons of great food. We really enjoyed the kayaks, sand toys and crab traps as well. The owner Melissa was super friendly and very easily reached for quick questions. We would definitely stay here again, it was a wonderful vacation!
