Die herrliche Aussicht von einem der vielen Decks wird sofort bringen Sie in Urlaubsmodus. Stellen Sie Ihren Stuhl auf unserer großen 60 'im zweiten Stock Deck und nur in der Wirkung auf die Bucht zu nehmen. Oder den Kopf noch höher auf einem der privaten Zimmer-Decks für einen noch exklusiver Aussichtspunkt.

Unser Haus ist der perfekte Ferienhaus für die Familie Zeit. Sie können angeln oder Krabben direkt von unserer Anlegestelle zu gehen. Richten Sie einen Strandkorb bayside in unserem großen Garten. Nehmen Sie in den Lüften auf den Decks oder kühlen Sie sich im Zentrum von Luft im Inneren.
Minuten von Long Beach Island in Beach Haven Westen erhalten Sie alle der besten LBI ohne die Massen und Verkehr. Sie werden in eine einen Burger isst weg vom Grill, bevor der Rest der Massen sogar dazu bringen, über die Brücke überprüft werden.

The house was perfect for our families yearly tradition of all getting together for one week...Perfect home with so many fun things to do for kids and adults, great restaurants and a wonderful bagel place right around the corner....aa d of course the BEACH!!! It could've been a bit cleaner but it wasnt awful, either....we would definitely go back!!!

The owners were extremely considerate and easy to work with. The property is a beautiful location overlooking the bay and was exactly what we wanted and expected. It had plenty of room to accommodate 8 adults and 3 babies! I highly recommend this property!

A great getaway

Amazing Accommodations

From the views of the bay & bridge, to the fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking off the pier… take it all in. Very spacious and clean. We had the most amazing and relaxing vacation at this beautifully kept home. Our hosts, Tom and Elaine were extremely warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to help make our stay perfect. The views from the many decks were breathtaking. Their home is immaculate and they provided every amenity a large family could ask for. The kids had so much fun kayaking in the bay and they spent every night enjoying the enormous back yard. It was truly a great experience and we can't wait to come back.

Bayside retreat

This is a great home for larger families with enough room for everyone to have some private space. Perfect for an active family with pets too. Docks and decks and a fantastic bay view lead to a week that was truly "relaxing." Host and Hostess were nearby and attentive to all of our needs. Would definitely rent again.

Nicely designed

The home is spacious and ideal for entertaining. The main level features a dining room, living room, billiard room and an eat-in kitchen that is adjacent to a large deck. In addition, the bottom floor offers a rec room with access to the back yard. Beautiful views of the bay and a dock for fishing/crabbing is a bonus.

The hosts were fabulous with everything. However, the house was very old and I didn't expect that. The AC on the ground floor did not work very well. I assume the hosts knew this, as there was a fan in each bedroom. The AC in the rest of the house was very difficult to regulate, especially at night. The appliances were very old. When we opened the microwave, a piece fell off and it was very dirty. I worried about my grand kids as there were nails popped up on the decks. Also, I'm guessing a new fence was put up next door and there were broken plastic posts with sharp pieces along that side of the property. I was also disappointed in the bunk room. It appeared to be larger in the picture. It was very small with no storage or room for anything but the beds. While I was told we could swim in the bay, we didn't feel comfortable letting the kids swim. I was very glad I brought a blow up pool with me, so we could escape the heat All in all, I wish I had done more research. It was just not as expected while the hosts were great and very accommodating, I would not rent the house again

We’re sorry the house did not meet your expectations, and we really do wish we had known about some of these issues while you were there, especially the air conditioning. We are very hands-on with the house, and if we had known there was a problem we would have had our HVAC contractor come out and take a look. The house is an older bayfront shore home (1980s), not new construction, and we know there are areas that are due for updating. We continue to put money back into the property every year, but your comments about the appliances, deck, fence area, bunk room and cleaning are all things we are taking seriously and following up on. We have also made a change to our cleaning service and turnover process. We are very fortunate to have a lot of families who come back to stay with us year after year, and we are proud of that. At the same time, reviews like this are useful because they point out things we need to look at more closely. We appreciate your kind words about us as hosts, and we are sorry we did not have the chance to address these concerns during your stay.

Wedding stay

My son's wedding was at the Mallard Island Yacht Club so we wanted a nearby location that could accommodate our large family. This home was perfect and the view was priceless. Owner's were very accommodating and communicated with us throughout our stay. I highly recommend this home. It would be even better during the summer when you can take full advantage of the back deck!

Great property for our family vacation. My boys 11 & 14 lived on the dock and enjoyed all the outside activities including the paddle boards, kayaks, crab traps and fishing. Amazing views especially the sunrises and watching all the bay activities. The house had every amenity we could ask for plus the added bonus of including sheets, bath and beach towels which we normally have to pack. The pool table was a big hit and having both a kitchen and dining room table was perfect for puzzles and games. Tom and Eileen responded quickly to all inquiries and made our stay even more welcoming. We loved your house and hope to be back again to make more great memories.

Fantastic home on the water!

We loved this spacious, airy, beautifully decorated home! We had a mini-family reunion here that totaled 3 households, 6 adults, 3 kids and 1 dog. The home was super clean, had EVERY appliance we could want, gorgeous views, TVs that were easy to operate for the entire household and just a great seaside vibe. We were here during the winter/off-season so we couldn't really take advantage of the kayaks or other water sports right off the dock, but I can only imagine how incredible that aspect would be in the summer! We did play a TON of pool and go for short excursions around town and to the beach and overall, it is a wonderful home with easy check in and out, high quality clean linens, and just all around a great experience that we will not forget. And as a nature lover, I could not get enough of the ocean scenery and wildlife, cormorants, seagulls, geese, ducks, and SWANS right off the dock everyday. Just beautiful!

Wonderful waterfront home

An amazing week for our family at this beautiful waterfront home. Big and roomy, it really was perfect for us. We brought our 17’ Whaler and docked it right at the house. The expansive view is breathtaking!! Huge backyard was perfect for corn hole, sunning, reading etc! Many deck were so great and all were happily used. The owners are fantastic and so responsive. My takeaway is- I would live here if I could! We will be coming back next summer!!

Perfect family vacation

Had a wonderful time at this home, plenty of room for us to spread out while offering great places for us to all hang out together, beautiful view every morning and evening. Beautiful yard, great deck for BBQ, We especially loved the use of the paddleboard‘s and the kayaks , it truly was the perfect week away with family and we would definitely return.

Perfect beach house for a vacation! Amazing yard with the entire bay and LBI bridge for a view.

This house is perfect for large groups. The yard is even better than the photos, nice huge yard to lay out/hang out with the dock to fish or crab off of. You can’t beat the view of the entire bay and LBI bridge either on the dock or the huge deck. Check in/out is super convenient. 3 floors to hang out on plus a pool table room off the dining room. We will definitely be back next year!

Hi, I'm Tom, and my wife, Eileen, and I are proud owners of CausewayView. This home has been in our family since it was built, and it holds a special place in our hearts. I spent many summers here, including working as a lifeguard on Long Beach Island, which is why I know the area so well.

We’ve always dreamed of sharing this home with our children for many more family vacations. We truly believe this section of Beach Haven West is one of the best-kept secrets on the Jersey Shore, and we're excited to offer you the chance to experience it for yourself.

Why Did You Choose This Neighborhood?
This home was custom built in the 1980s by our grandparents, who retired here after living in Brooklyn, NY. They chose this neighborhood for its peaceful, tucked-away vibe—something that still resonates with us today. CausewayView is located in the exclusive East Pointe section of Beach Haven West, a neighborhood that's a true hidden gem of the Jersey Shore.

The area has a laid-back, residential feel, with a scenic, quiet cul-de-sac that makes it ideal for walking, biking, and enjoying nature without the heavy crowds. What we love most is how close we are to Long Beach Island’s attractions, yet far enough to avoid the traffic and hustle of the more commercial areas. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, making it an ideal place for families looking to escape the noise and truly unwind.

The private pier offers easy access to the water, and with kayaks, paddleboards, and other water activities available, you can truly immerse yourself in the bay’s beauty.
