Zwei LCD-Fernseher, DVD-Player, kostenloser WLAN-Internetzugang. Zentrale Klimaanlage. 4 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand mit Rettungsschwimmer. Nur wenige Schritte vom Wasser in der Bucht entfernt. Family beach week

Great views of the bay. Ocean/beach just a few block walk. My family loved the outdoor shower. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Beach was not crowded. Very nice house with good location

Wonderful family beach rental

This was the perfect location for our family beach vacation on LBI! We stayed with a mix of young children, teens and adults, and the house accommodated everyone’s needs. The walking distance to the bay and easy access to the ocean beach were wonderful, and perfect for kids. The communication with owner was very easy and they were extremely responsive to any questions that arose. We hope to return and would highly recommend!!

Perfect weekend stay for a wedding

Stayed with 11 friends for the weekend to celebrate our friend getting married at Bonney Island Estates. Short drive to venue. House was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Property Manager was easy to communicate with. We stayed in the off season, so I would recommend scheduling Ubers ahead of time if you need to take one.

The house is large with an opened common/kitchen area and a bay view. Quiet street and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family vacation

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We have four children between the ages of 2-7, and we didn't feel cramped at all. The bay-side beach was a short walk away with all the kids, perfect for their age. The hosts were great, communicative, available. We can't wait to stay here again next year.

Down by the bay…

Upon arrival we we taken aback by the beautiful bay view. Even if some people chose to stay behind at the house, it wasn’t like they did nothing , because they had the wonderful bay view right from the living room sofa or from either the main floor or upper floor circular decks. Location was quiet and convenient. House was clean and lovely

Bay View is Special

House was just right for a family vacation of kids, adults, and grandparents. Everyone was comfortable. Central location made it easy for activities for all the ages. Best part was waking up to the bay view every day.

Great house for family fun, great location, & great communication with owners! Awesome location! Breathtaking views!!

We had the best time at this house! The owner was communicating well with us throughout our stay and before. The house was well stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed the breathtaking views of the sunsets every night and we especially loved how we had quick access to the bay. Thank you for a lovely stay Meena! We had a blast!!!

Great house!

The owners were excellent and very prompt with communication. The house is in a wonderful location with great views of the bay and only two blocks from the ocean. The layout was open and spacious and the kitchen stocked well with cooking utensils and dishes. We loved it!

Gorgeous views

Booked this house for our family vacation. The views from this house are to die for! My kids had a blast watching the boats and feeding the ducks. We even went crabbing! Very very close to bay view park with a playground and bay beach. Walking distance! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching sunsets. About 4 blocks to the beach and we had to cross over LbI boulevard but was a quick walk. The only thing I’d say as needs improvement was that the couch was old and should be replaced. It was uncomfortable and cold, seemed to be falling apart. We spent most of our time outside and really enjoyed ourselves!

Really nice views in Brant Beach.

I stayed in this unit with my parents and adult siblings and their spouses for two weeks. The views from the master and living room decks were lovely, and the walk to the beach was not too far. Additionally there was access to a small bay beach, which was really nice for purposes of paddle surfing. The kitchen itself was very nice and had plenty of amenities, but the amount of communal living space was fairly small, particularly for a group of eight adults. There was a very small sectional couch only. Finally, a number of the mattresses were very uncomfortable and there was some concern about the bathroom fixtures needing upkeep.

great location on the bay

Overall our stay was very nice. The house is well-kept, although a few of the older windows were not working properly. The AC was not working in the main part of the house, but the bedroom units were working. Fortunately we had beautiful weather so AC was not needed during our stay. However, the window issues should get addressed so they can be used. Location to the bay is excellent, allows for a lot of activities easily accessible from house. Walk to beach is less than 5 mins so not an issue. There were some minor cleaning issues, and a few items were left in the house by the cleaning crew, but acceptable overall.
