- Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180×200) that can be split into two beds (90x100), north-facing
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A north-facing terrace at the front of the property (approx. 12 m²) with furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy the warm weather.

The flat is ideally located in Coutouvre, in the heart of nature, in a peaceful setting surrounded by greenery.
Nearby, you'll find a grocery shop, a bar-restaurant and other village shops.
