This charming 38 m² flat in Le Coteau (Roanne agglo) can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a lovely 14 m² bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 35 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The flat is ideally located in Le Coteau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
