Not in the mood for a walk? You’re in luck! Simply head downstairs and enjoy the vibe of the Bourbon Square Jazz Bar/Club! Don’t let the name fool you though it’s not all jazz here as a mixture of club music is also played with the bass turned way up! You will hear and feel the bass; please ask any questions before booking to see if this is the right property for you.

About the space: Floor to ceiling windows, beautiful décor, plush bedding,and a balcony contribute to the character of our Marigny getaway! Pleasant furnishings await as you enter the combined living and dining space that offer a Smart Tv and a few fun board games. The attractive kitchen is located just off the living area and features granite countertops, soft-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances and basic kitchen essentials. Just through the kitchen is a wonderful covered balcony with seating that's perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing and beignet eating! The unit consists of two independent bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom holds a luxurious king bed and Smart TV while the other bedroom has a set of cozy full-size bunk beds and a Smart TV. The bathroom is located in the common area just off the kitchen.

The unit has a separate entrance from the bar and is located up one flight of stairs on the second floor (No Elevator)

You will be provided self check-in instructions the day before your arrival. There is free first come first serve street parking in the vicinity

When booking our property you acknowledge that the bar/club downstairs is open nightly until 2am (special events/private events may impact hours) and that you WILL feel the bass and very clearly hear the music throughout the unit. You also acknowledge that though the name is the Bourbon Square Jazz Bar, jazz music is not necessarily played and it's more of club type music with very heavy bass.

We want our guests to "Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler" while visiting New Orleans! With that said, though we are situated above a bar/club that does NOT mean our property is a party rental and the expectations are for the home to be respected. No parties, gatherings, or smoking inside.

City Market that has a variety of delicious food vendors is 2 doors down. We're located 2 blocks from the Hi-Ho Lounge and 5 blocks to the bustling St Roch Market. Robert Fresh Market, Walgreens, Starbucks, New Orleans Art Bar, NOLA Mia Gelato Bar are all 1-2 blocks away ~ just to name a few!!! The area is bustling with restaurants bars, museums, art galleries etc.
