Our home is located perfectly between Destin, Miramar Beach, and Sandestin for quick and easy access to water parks, Harbor Walk, Baytowne Wharf Village, and premier outlet shopping.

Paradise Retreat community has North and South gated entrances on both Hwy. 98 and Scenic Hwy. 98. You’ll be within walking distance to the community’s own private beach access (approx. 320’ of Deeded Beach).

After booking, you’ll be given a keyless entry code for easy access. If you arrive before the designated check-in time, there are plenty of things to do. We also suggest you visit a grocery store to fill the house with your daily essentials.

Sparkling emerald green waters are only a 10 min walk away! Pack up our complimentary beach wagon and head to the private white sand beach to enjoy Florida’s stunning emerald waters, without the crowd! The private beach boasts unbeatable sunsets and sunrises!

Our 1989 square-foot home offers more space than your typical beach House, along with increased privacy, additional security, and an intimate large backyard- perfect for your beloved pets (up to 2, with fee).

You’ll be just steps away from our community’s private white sand beach! We provide a FREE beach wagon, umbrella, and 2 chairs to take with you on your daily beach adventures ($50 daily savings)! Our home sleeps 13 people comfortably, with 3 full Bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and 9 beds.

If working is a must while on vacation, no worries! Enjoy blazing fast wifi for all of your work or streaming needs. Everyone can stay connected with zero issues.

Here’s the house breakdown, so you’ll know exactly what to expect:

Outside: Unleash the joy in our fenced-in backyard. Fire up a delicious meal on the propane gas grill, and then dive into our Heated private pool. Lounge on the patio furniture and savor an enchanting evening under the stars

Kitchen: If you love cooking while on vacation, you’ll be happy to find everything you need and then some, in our fully stocked kitchen! Enjoy a full-size stove/oven, dishwasher, large double-door refrigerator, a double-toaster, blender, coffee maker, plus plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. You’ll have everything you need to cook and enjoy meals in-home.

Living Room: Retreat to the living room after a long day in the sun, and relax on the large & cozy sectional, while you stream your favorite show or movie on the 65” TV with Roku and sound bar for great audio. This space is also perfect for a fun game night! Choose from the PS4 with games, a full poker set, and numerous board games. We make vacation fun a priority!

Bedrooms: Rest easy knowing everyone in your group has a comfortable place to sleep with 4 full bedrooms and 9 beds, all with luxury mattresses & HD TVs with built-in Roku .

Cleanliness is priority! Just as our awesome guest reviews confirm, our amazing beach house will be deeply and thoroughly cleaned before your stay. Our staff uses CDC-approved hard surface disinfectants and sanitizer to kill all COVID-19 germs. We make sure to also disinfect all doorknobs, faucets, & bathroom fixtures to keep you safe & healthy.

The house is situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in Miramar Beach, FL. With its prime location, a lot of exciting activities await you here!

A beach trip will never be complete without trying out thrill-seeking beach activities, such as parasailing, jet-skiing, or banana boating, so head on to the watersports rentals and water parks nearby for a fun and unforgettable adventure! If you are looking for something unique and more extreme, the adventure parks or off-road tours nearby are definitely worth the experience!
For retail therapy, the premium outlet malls are just 10 minutes away from our beach home. We’re located just a few miles from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also nearby is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway which also has a movie theater! Surely, you will never run out of things to do while on vacation with us!

Dining options in this area are endless. We recommend trying the Whales Tail for one of the freshest seafood-inspired menus in the area and mesmerizing ocean views. Pompano Joes is another local favorite. Other great eateries include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food, and numerous others.

We also recommend checking out Dolphin Reef, if snorkeling is on your itinerary. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), you can enjoy an up close and personal view of the amazing seal life that calls the reef home. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often.
