The Cocoonr agency offers this charming air-conditioned apartment for rent in Grosseto-Prugna, overlooking the Gulf of Ajaccio, just a few steps from the beach. It has a surface area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Located on the ground floor, it consists of a 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!

The apartment is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- La Viva beach: a beautiful local beach for sunbathing, swimming, picnicking, or playing beach volleyball

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (one vehicle).

- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoleon Bonaparte, located 11 km
- Ferry service between Porticcio and Ajaccio every 30 minutes during the season (a 15-minute walk from the accommodation)
