It has a surface area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the first floor, it consists of a lovely 27 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

Work is currently underway near the accommodation, particularly in the residence. Noise disturbance may occur.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom with shower and toilet

- A 36 m² main terrace with trees and sea views, equipped with garden furniture and a dining area
- A second 15 m² terrace equipped with a small relaxation and reading area

The apartment is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
