Reverie Riviera is 0.5 mi from Sunnyside beach. Gas golf cart included. All behaved dogs welcome - no size restrictions. Home includes a fully equipped kitchen, fenced yard, crib, high chair, pack n' play, kids dishes/utensils, 1200 Mbps Wi-Fi, charcoal grill, outdoor dining area, rainy day games, yard games, smart TVs, free parking, full washer/dryer, ceiling fans, central AC, a screened-in lanai, and patio. Some beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards, and a beach cart will also be available.

3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 guests (1 king, 1 queen, 4 bunks). Two full bathrooms (1 walk-in shower, 1 tub/shower combo), and ample storage ensure everyone has enough space to relax.

*Priority Clean*: We believe true comfort starts with uncompromising cleanliness. All bed linens and towels are professionally laundered. All mattresses are CertiPUR-US certified and all pillows/mattresses are wrapped in quiet non-crinkling bed bug proof, dust mite proof, and waterproof protectors. Unlike most vacation rental surface turnovers, we prepare for every guest arrival with more of a deep clean not a quick flip. We invest heavily in professional-grade cleaning to ensure a fresh start to your vacation. Floors and high-touch areas are steamed and sanitized each stay plus reinforced with semi-annual professional upholstery and steam extraction. Monthly pest treatments and ultrasonic pest repellers help prevent unwanted visitors. Trash is picked up twice a week. Starter toiletries and essentials are individually wrapped. Most hotels and BnBs don’t wash comforters or duvets often, but we wash our top quilts after every guest.

A one-time per trip $150 pet fee (not charged per dog, $150 total for the entire trip for all dogs). Reservation booker must be age 24+.
