A short 3‑minute walk brings you to three separate beach access points. You’re close enough to return home easily for lunch, snacks, or a break from the sun. The home is also walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants.

Inside, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened‑in lanai or relax in one of two seating areas. A large yard provides space for pets at this dog‑friendly home.

Both kitchens include full appliance suites and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare meals for a crowd. After a day at the beach, gather together for a movie night or unwind in the quiet comfort of your room.

At bedtime, choose from four spacious bedrooms plus additional daybeds and a sofa bed. With 3.5 bathrooms, everyone has room to get ready without waiting.

Spacious and very close to the beach

Plenty of space for large groups. Walk to the beach in just minutes was very accommodating. The Salty Goat Saloon is walking distance. Great food and live music nightly. Will stay again.

Loved having two kitchens. Lots of room for water and pop. Ice in both freezers helped too. Laundry was great to have as well. Game room was fun for us to hang out and play in the evening after a busy day at the beach. Restaurant was awesome about 100 feet away and the beach access right across the street. Lots to do in the area all within walking distance. Loved the porch above at night, with a small view of the beach.

Nice House

House seemed older but maintained very well. Plenty of room and did not feel crowded. The game room was great for the kids. Gas grill made it easy to cook lunch. It was a short, easy walk to the beach.

Large fam trip

Clean home & convenient and very close to beach as described. The 2 story deck was great for morning and evening relaxation. Kitchen, grill and plenty of space to vedge and eat while watching movies and family Bible study. The host was very responsive and took action to resolve a couple issues we had.

Fantastic Stay!

The property was clean and well furnished. Our board members, with Jeepers Preventing Suicide, stayed here during an event and it was perfect. Lots of room for us and plenty of parking to accommodate our group. The host was great and communication was spot on. We look forward to staying here again!

Great house, amazing location

Me and some friends were down for thunder beach this year and rented this property due to location and ease of access to the rally and beach. I had one small miscommunication in the very beginning of our stay but the host was amazingly prompt and it was corrected immediately. We come down yearly for thunder beach and I will for sure try and get this property again!

Family getaway

This house was so big and had a ton of rooms. Clean and comfortable beds. The host was a great communicator! My kids loved the table tennis and we were very happy with the second kitchen for extra fridge and counter space. Highly recommended for easy spacious vacay with easy walk to the beach. Great Vacation

This house is perfect for groups of friends or larger families. Everything was super clean, and the design was cute. There was plenty of seating and TV options. The beds were super comfortable, as well as the sofa. Property management was so kind and responsive. The best part was how close it was to the beach- 2 min walk! We have already talked about making a repeat trip. Definitely recommend.

Great home, great location, just needs some TLC

The home was perfectly laid out. It had a separate nook that allowed for the older kids playing the games to be away from the additional bedrooms! The property does need better cleaning and maintenance. We had an issue with planning on the second day where the main bathroom shower clogged and even though they tried to fix it there were still issues. The home was also only appt cleaned and in desperate need of a deep cleaning. We noted mold in the showers, pink stained shower curtains and floor, dirt under the kitchen cabinet and trash beside the refrigerator.

Family Vacay 2024

I really enjoyed the house & the location. It was close to eating & shopping. The house was clean & large enough for our family group. Thankful for dog friendly place for my daughter's family dog. I thought there was a gated fenced area, but there was not gate. It worked out fine because the dog stayed close & had a leash. Also, I thought the twin trundle beds were in one room. One was in the dressing room & one in the game room. That, too, worked out great! Great place! Would recommend.

Excellent location, plenty of space for large groups

We stayed for a long weekend. The location is great - public beach access is just a five minute walk and there were no safety concerns crossing the main road. There were beach chairs and sand play items at the home that we were able to use. Lots of seating inside and outside so we never felt cramped. The grill was in great shape and there were lots of dishes for meals at home. The bedroom to bathroom ratio was great for our crew (14 travelers) so we never had a "line" for the bathroom. There were plenty of linens and the washer/dryer was a plus. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend this proprty and will be repeat renters! Thanksgiving Stay

The house was specious and loved having two kitchens for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The yard had debris all over it and needed cutting. Sandy had someone there the next day to cut and pick-up the yard. The back porch looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, but we got that cleaned and swept the driveway due to the seeds from the palms everywhere. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who has a large family. like it hadn't been clned in years.

Great home and time was had.

Overall the experience was fantastic. Home was definitely large enough for a good sized family. Only two concerns. 1. There were no large pans or pots in the kitchens, only sauce pots and casserole dishes. 2.Not sure if one of the Heating units was working very well. Back of house stayed very warm but the front bedrooms, Living room was cool and could not get them warmed up. Other than that loved the house and location.

Amazing Location with Lots of Perks

This property is a true gem. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach access. Lots of shops/ restaurants/ coffee shops within walking distance. Plenty of space for a large group with room to park multiple cars. We truly enjoyed the extras this house offers that most do not. We grilled and played basketball on the back patio, this was prefect for the one rainy day we had. We played ping pong, connect four and watched movies in the game room. The extra kitchen was awesome even if you only use the refrigerator for drinks like we did. Having the washer and dryer was so great! The room with the vanities and lighted mirrors was awesome, I could see lots of people loving this add on. We watched the sunset on the elevated front porch which was so beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and having so many bathrooms really was extremely convenient. The host was very responsive and made sure to check in to see if we needed anything. I would defiantly recommend this space for almost any group, especially because it is pet friendly!

Plenty of room, great location, could be a top stay

Arrived at property 84° inside home, ac had been worked on the previous week,home owner scheduled tech for Tuesday had to be there 4 hours for tech, didn't fix problem, over 80°inside home for 4 days, had to meet tech 3x middle of day interrupting our plans, then also had to be there for a washer install, another 4 hours, home owner was very nice, offered a150$ refund....i gotta be honest that's just an insult but i get it, home was dirty inside, yard looks horrible, tried to open windows to help ventilate home but they were screwed shut... huge fire code violation, but the home was in a great location, but meeting a tech 3 or 4 times on my vacation shouldn't be my problem, Sandy was always nice, but nice doesn't fix the inconvenience, we had to rent a room one night just to be comfortable due to the heat in the home. I'm sorry I've rambled,i hope someone actually reads these.
