Conveniently located only 5 minutes from the fabulous Ark Encounter experience! Only a few minutes away check out, the small town charm of, historic downtown Williamstown. You don’t want to miss Waterworks Splash Pad and Webb Park. Also only 40 minutes to the Creation Museum, an absolute must see!
This beautiful cozy home highlights a spectacular game room including arcade machine with 400+ retro games, giant connect 4 and foosball. Family and friends can comfortably gather in this home. Head to the basement to cozy up next to the electric fireplace or click on the smart TV and watch your favorite show. Relax or use the grill out on the main level NEW composite deck, in this quiet setting, overlooking the amazing and gorgeous Kentucky countryside. A wide open space for kids to run and play on our ¼ acre. Or relax under the pergola out back and feel free to get toasty around the propane firepit. Check out our coffee nook equipped to accommodate your morning wake-up call with Keurig, Coffee Pot, French Press and Tea Kettle. K-cups, a bag of ground coffee and tea bags provided. We take our coffee seriously.

Ark Encounter and Creation Museum

Our stay was wonderful. It is conveniently located to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. After touring both attractions we enjoyed relaxing at the house...sitting outside with our children and grandchildren just talking and laughing. Also enjoyed the quiet country setting and coffee outside in the morning.

Perfect for our needs

We had a lovely time. The home was clean and well stocked. It was very kid friendly, and the cozy basement was a great place for the kids to play. The home is very cute and fit our needs perfectly. Also a great location for traveling to the Ark Encounter!

It was a nice house in a quiet location. One weird thing is the doors automatically lock so you have to be aware of that as you go in and out. Also, the grill is in need of replacement. The basement area is cool and was fun for the kids.

We loved the home and the downstairs game room. The fire pit area was nice but the swing set wasn’t usable and the neighbors dogs were a little alarming. Otherwise, it’s just as pictured! We had a great stay.

Perfect

This property was clean, spacious and beautiful. They were seven of us and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the game room. The owners really made sure we were not in need of anything. From the coffee and tea selection to the well-stocked kitchen. We loved being able to barbecue and at night use the beautiful gas fire pit.

Great location, wonderful time.

This property is so nice and clean, as well as updated. We had more than enough room for our family. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything we needed, right down to a liner bag for the crock pot and coffee/tea for the selection of coffee makers. The owners have gone out of their way to make their guests feel welcome and at home. The beds were very comfortable, and the grandkids loved the bunk room. We had a lot of fun playing games in the game room! We took home many wonderful memories of our time here.

Great location, clean and cute place to stay

The house was in a great location. It was clean and well stocked. The decor was cute and cozy. It would be a great place for families. The view is nice and its close to Williamstown and the Ark.Just some things to take note of-- I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for large groups of adults, especially older adults. There are lots of steps. The living room, which is very comfortable, is in the basement.The bunk room is just that--a room with 2 bunk beds, which have bunkbed mattresses. There is no closet or dresser, so you'll have to share with the bedroom across the hall.

Wonderful location to see the Ark

Such a cute house! Lovely yard and view. It is 4 minutes from the Ark Encounter and way better than a hotel! Great kitchen that's well equipped, laundry, and plenty of towels etc. The kids adored the bunk bed room, 6 beds. They had a hard time choosing which ones to sleep in! The game room made the vacation! After a long day at a museum, kids need to get energy out and have something just for them. They enjoyed it very much! Appreciated all the lovely books in the house from the Ark/ Creation Museum. It was the perfect place for our family of 4 plus 2 Grandparents.

Nice place overall

We had a mostly good experience at this property. There were a lot of extra amenities provided like kleenex, spices, cooking oil, typical junk drawer items (sewing kit was helpful for a new stuffy that got a hole in it), etc. The beds were comfortable. The washer/dryer were nice. Our kids loved the game room and the bunk beds. We were disappointed with the play area outside. It seemed really unsafe for our kids to swing on and there were a lot of wasps, so the kids were upset we wouldn't allow them to play out there. The upstairs vent a/c units weren't super straight forward to use and it was hard to regulate the temperature up there.

This guest did not have any complaints about the play area outside, or any complaints, during their stay. We felt they were good guests overall but did not have good communication. We are glad they enjoyed their visit. However, we would have appreciated a heads up if there was a problem with the outside play area. We would like the opportunity to fix any issues for our guests during their visit. In response to the outside play area. It has since been removed from the property. We are working on replacing it with an upgraded play area. Also we provide smart vent covers and installed fans to keep the house temp regulated. We would have been happy to help assist the guest with house temperature immediately, if they had requested it.

We started this new adventure when we first visited the east coast and our first stop was the Ark Encounter. Absolutely fell in love with this place and wanted to visit often. This home is our ability to share that comfortable cozy family oriented stay. Wanted to offer a perfect location, for vacation, not far from many amazing sites to see and enjoy.

We chose this property because of it's quaint and charming chalet haus appeal. Out of town on 1/4 acre that is open to beautiful Kenutcky countryside. Our peaceful home away from home. Close to the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and Cincinnati airport. It is the perfect location for a sojourn away from home.

Some of the unique benefits of our property are the deck and propane firepit in the backyard that opens up to large open space of gorgeous Kentucky countryside in our 1/4 acre behind the house.
