The 1st primary king suite is conveniently located on the main level and has a full en suite bathroom. Upstairs, the 2nd primary king suite has a walk-in shower in the en suite bathroom. A queen bedroom and bunk room are just down the hall, along with a full-size washer and dryer and full hall bath with a tub/shower combo and double vanity.

Stroll down the private dune walkover straight to the beach. The built-in picnic table on the ground floor patio makes a great place for snacks and cooling off between visits to the surf & sand.

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
