With 7 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it sleeps up to 16 guests in comfort. Located on Galveston`s serene West End, enjoy beautiful beaches just minutes away, with top restaurants and attractions a short drive east. ● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach access: Quick 3 minute drive to the Sea Isle beach parking lot.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.

Step inside the main level, where you`ll immediately be captivated by the spacious, light-filled open concept living space. A massive kitchen, inviting dining area, and comfortable living room—complete with a fireplace and big-screen TV—form the heart of the home. This level effortlessly extends outdoors onto a large deck overlooking the bay, perfect for dining al fresco, sunbathing, or simply soaking in spectacular sunsets. The luxurious primary bedroom suite, featuring a king-size bed and expansive bay views, offers a private retreat on this level.

Upstairs, you`ll find three thoughtfully laid-out bedrooms: two featuring king-size beds and one cozy room with a twin bed. Enjoy private balconies off this upper level, each offering unique perspectives of the scenic bay.

The ground-level apartment provides additional space and privacy, complete with a living room, convenient kitchenette, and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms offer queen-size beds, and a third bedroom comfortably sleeps extra guests with both a queen and a full-size bed. This flexible arrangement makes the home ideal for groups, large families, or anyone seeking comfortable and spacious accommodations right on the water.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, which include identity verification before check-in. Depending on the property and booking, you may be required to:

● Provide a government-issued photo ID
● Provide a valid credit card with a name matching your ID
● Confirm your contact information
● Complete our verification portal

Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete. All information collected is used solely for screening and verification — it is not stored or shared for any other purpose.

Surveillance Camera: 14 cameras around the perimeter of the house overlooking parking, entrances, and pool area.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

This house is really great for multiple families and kids. It's not really highlighted in the listing, but this house is on a double lot and the yard next to the house made for HOURS of enjoyment for our kids.

This house is a heaven for catching fish. We had a blast during our stay. The house maintenance was a different story. There were lots of bug bodies around the pool area and the back door entrance on the second floor. We also found a molded K-Cup pod inside the K-Cup machine. The wifi passcode was not correct until we obtained a working one on the second day. The

Overall nice place, kids enjoyed fishing. Nice to have outside sink and area to clean fish! Checking in and out was good. Communication was okay, most questions were answered right away. But asked about keys to use community pier, had delayed response, which no key was found in kitchen, and kids were unable to use fishing pier which was a disappointment. As this was advertised as part of stay. Hard trouble with ice maker not making ice, which we found the switch was off. There was many areas of broken tiles around pool area, which one area was tripping hazard for my parents. Pool is not heated and extremely cold, which the kids did not use as we planned. Beach and gulf water was warmer then pool. Yard area was nice, which is not well advertised! Cockroach found, Must have bug problems.
