Cocoonr is pleased to offer for rent, in Molières-sur-Cèze, this charming, air-conditioned villa with a heated swimming pool, covering an area of 260 m², sleeping up to 12 guests, set on a 6,000 m² plot of land in an elevated position, not overlooked, offering completely unobstructed views, at an altitude of 195 metres, at the top of a small hamlet, just 10 minutes from Saint-Ambroix.

It comprises a lovely 57 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, six bedrooms, three shower rooms (with showers), and you can enjoy a garden of around 6,000 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 57 m² living room with a TV, wood-pellet stove, sofa, dining area and plenty of windows opening onto the covered terrace, from which you can admire the Cévennes
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, ice maker…
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

First floor:
- Bedrooms 3 and 4: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room

On the garden level:
- Bedroom 5: one king-size bed (180×200) and a shower room (with shower)
- Bedroom 6: two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A private, heated 4x8 m² mosaic-tiled swimming pool surrounded by a fence, open from 15 April to 15 October. The pool house is not overlooked and is equipped with comfortable and spacious garden furniture as well as an outdoor shower
- A beautiful, fenced garden of 6,000 m² situated on high ground with a superb view of the valley and the Cévennes
- The kitchen and living room open onto a large, south-facing terrace measuring 40 m², fitted with a lovely outdoor kitchen where you can entertain family and friends. It features a stone barbecue, an induction hob and a proper pizza oven.
- All the bedrooms open onto an 18 m² south-facing terrace

The house is ideally located in Molières-sur-Cèze, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
The house is set high up, in an absolutely peaceful environment, with no neighbours or neighbours nearby, guaranteeing total privacy. It offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Cévennes mountains, in an unspoilt natural setting.

The location provides easy access to well-known heritage and cultural gems:
- The Uzès market, considered to be one of the most beautiful in Provence
- The Chartreuse de Valbonne, an exceptional historic site in the heart of nature

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (several cars).

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

- There is an outdoor camera which will be turned off during your stay
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favourable weather conditions
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
