Coastal luxury meets incredible 30A location! This custom-built 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in the heart of Seagrove features a private heated pool with built in lounge chairs + sun shelf, fire pit, back screened in porch (1 of 3 porches) with additional living and dining spaces and large 75" HD TV, and designated separate game room (and Blu-Ray player)- and it's just a short LSV ride to the central 30A community of Seaside. Take in the turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast and then lounge poolside with friends and loved ones. In addition to the private pool, you're just steps away from the popular community pools at the NatureWalk Gathering Place.
This professionally decorated home features beautiful coastal decor, hardwood floors, 65" TVs in each bedroom, huge walk-in closets, and top-of-the-line finishes. The front porch has a comfy porch swing for relaxing! Off the entry of the home, there is a game room with 65" TV and 4 swivel chairs around a table. There is also a half bathroom and the laundry room. The kitchen offers stainless appliances, granite countertops, a large eat-in island with seating for 4, and designer cabinets. Adjacent to the kitchen is the beautifully appointing dining room with seating for 8. A 72" flat-screen TV and comfy seating (which will have 2 sofas + 2 occasional chairs) make the living room the perfect venue for a vacation movie night! Adjacent is a master bedroom with a king bed with a 65" flat screen TV and a private en-suite bathroom with a large glass shower, separate soaking tub and dual vanities. The back porch is the perfect place to kick back with friends and loved ones over sundowners.
Ascending to the second floor, you'll find a second master bedroom with a king bed, 65" flat-screen TV, a private bath with a shower + dual vanities, and private access to another porch complete with porch swing and seating. Just down the hall is another guest bedroom with both a king and a queen bed and 65" flat-screen TV that also offers a private bathroom with a large glass shower + dual vanities, and another private porch with seating for 4 overlooking the pool. The bunk room has a barn door and a full-over-full bunk bed with another full en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. There is also a sofa and 65" TV in the bunk room.

There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles. There are additional free parking areas throughout the community.
Please note the garage is only to be used for the LSV.
Guests have access to NatureWalk's exceptional community amenities, including the zero-entry lagoon-style pool, seasonally heated lap pool, shaded children's splash area, hot tub, fire pits, BBQ grills, playground, pickleball + volleyball courts, and miles of walking trails through beautiful nature preserves. NatureWalk also offers a private scenic pathway, the Lilly Lane Beach Trail, which leads directly to San Juan Avenue public beach access.
Other things to note -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 27 years of age, or if under age 27 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -LSV is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.

Good but a few challenges that should be noted.
Great house and excellent furnishings, including TVs.
A few things that are not great;
1. Owner car left in driveway limiting parking to one car that has to be moved each time you use golf cart.
2. IP camera overlooking pool, uncomfortable mainly for females.
3. Back porch fans broken which makes it too hot to use.
4. Bedrooms will not lock so no privacy from kids, etc.
5. No beach access except for public beach 2.5 miles away.

Regarding the parking, we apologize for the inconvenience of the owner's car being in the driveway. We understand this can be frustrating and will be sure to address it moving forward.
As for the security cameras, please know that they were never on and are only there for security purposes. The homeowner has been made aware of your concerns, and we’ll continue to ensure these are only used as intended.
We also want to let you know that the back porch fans were recently replaced, and we’re sorry they didn’t meet expectations during your stay. Regarding the bedroom doors, we’ll get in touch with the homeowner about updating the doorknobs.
As for the beach, the beach is just a short 6-minute golf cart ride away, and there are parking spots available for easy access. We do mention this in the listing to help guests plan their trips to the beach.
