It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. In the apartment there are stairs as it is a duplex .

This lovely apartment with AC located in the heart of the Marais area is ideal for lovers of friendly stay. Double bed and a sofa bed, nicely equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet separated offers you an absolute comfort.
Pets are not allowed !

Guests will have access to the whole apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The animated area is perfect for living the real Parisian lifestyle. Bars, restaurants, and museums (mémorial de la shoah, cité internationale des arts, musée carnavalet) or the shopping mall BHV marais are just next to your location.
