Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a newly renovated studio, ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the Place du Vieux Marché and 10 minutes from the Rouen Rive Droite train station or the banks of the Seine.

The accommodation includes a living area, perfect for relaxing and socializing. There is a sofa and television for you to relax in after a day of sightseeing or work. The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped and furnished with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Enjoy the sleeping area, which offers optimal comfort with 1 double bed. The bathroom has a shower, hair dryer, and toilet. Fiber optic internet is available.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. Please note that a private parking space is included in the rental price. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighborhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your credit card details via a secure link in order to finalize your reservation and obtain the access codes.

## Neighborhood

Located in the heart of Rouen, the apartment allows you to easily explore the old town, its cobbled streets, historic monuments, and the banks of the Seine. Everything is within walking distance: shops, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, museums, and much more. As you walk down the street, treat yourself to a pleasant stroll along the Seine. Rue du Renard combines a convenient location with a friendly atmosphere, making it a place appreciated by residents and tourists alike.

Rue du Renard is one of Rouen's notable thoroughfares, located in the Pasteur district. It stretches for approximately 2,200 meters, connecting Rue Saint-Gervais to Boulevard Jean-Jaurès, making it one of the longest streets in the city. This street is characterized by its picturesque architecture.

In terms of public transportation, Rue du Renard is well served. The Mont-Riboudet and JB De La Salle bus stops are approximately a 4- and 6-minute walk away, respectively, providing easy access to different parts of the city. Bus lines 15, 27, F7, and F9, as well as tram line T1 and metro line MÉTRO, serve this area, providing convenient connectivity for residents and visitors alike.

This apartment is conveniently located for public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. You can do everything on foot. Alternatively, there are several bus stops nearby, such as Mont-Riboudet (a 4-minute walk) and JB De La Salle (a 6-minute walk). There are many bus lines serving these stops:
/ Line 15: Connects various neighborhoods in Rouen, providing convenient access to the city center and other key areas.
/ Line 27: Serves several points of interest, facilitating access to residential and commercial areas.
/ Line F7: A frequent line connecting strategic areas of the city.
/ Line F9: Offers a fast connection to various neighborhoods.

The METRO line is accessible from the stops mentioned, providing a quick alternative for crossing the city. The T1 tram line is also nearby, facilitating travel to key destinations.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and that the apartment is located on a lower floor than the main courtyard. There are stairs to access it. People with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may encounter difficulties accessing it.

Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as one large towel per person, tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen trash bags, bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is provided free of charge upon arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be scheduled upon request for an additional fee. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment rental, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visit requests, event planning (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! Please note that this apartment is the owners' primary residence. As such, they live in the apartment and rent it out when they are away, allowing travelers to stay in an authentic home environment. The owners are happy to make their equipment available to you and to make room in the closets for you to organize your belongings.

Enjoying a rental also means following a few rules to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the security deposit! Remember to take care of the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture, and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. And if a small problem arises, don't hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the security deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the security deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the security deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
