Beautiful home and property in Hampton bays! This is our second time at this home and it is always a treat. House is clean, beautiful and very comfortable. The house is perfect! It is extremely comfortable, clean, and well decorated. The backyard is gorgeous!! The pool is large and there is a ton of shaded seating. The house was so perfect for our quick stay in the Hamptons and Lanni was so helpful and even ordered a pack n play for my infant ahead of our trip! The back yard was so gorgeous and spacious and location was so perfect and close to shops/beach. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Vacation Home

The house was beautiful and the layout and rooms worked so well for 4 adults and two toddlers. We've rented via VRBO for years and this backyard was the most spectacular we've seen. The seating areas, the vast lawn, and the pool were just perfect! The host, Ianni, was extremely responsive; any questions or messages were answered within 15 minutes. Bravo!

This property is beautiful. The photos don’t do it justice. We loved the interior decor and the large backyard and pool. The house was very clean. And it pretty much had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great - there are two supermarkets nearby, about a 20-min drive to Riverhead, an hour drive to Montauk. We definitely enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Didn’t have any issues communicating with Ianni, who is super responsive. Looking forward to staying here again!

Came on a girls trip and had the most amazing time!! It was so centrally located we were able to walk to food and less than a 10 minute drive to the beach. Hoping to make another trip and stay here again. The host was so nice and very responsive. 12/10 recommendation!

We had a wonderful family getaway at this beautiful Hamptons home! The space was stylish, comfortable, thoughtfully prepared, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Lanni was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering helpful tips throughout our stay. Heaven in Hampton Bays!

We enjoyed a perfect stay at this lovely home. The location is amazing - walking distance to Hampon Bays Village. Everything in the home is stylish yet comfortable, and the house is super well equipped. The backyard looks amazing (it was winter when we stayed) and the front porch is very charming. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and we had no problems at all during our stay. I highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

My husband, daughter, son in law and two grandchildren and I all enjoyed staying in this lovely home. Gorgeous home with private yard in Hampton Bays

We had a wonderful weekend in this lovely home in Hampton Bays. The house itself is immaculate and well stocked for guests! We enjoyed the living spaces, bedrooms super comfortable and all the touches that went into creating this beautiful home. The yard is so gorgeous and private- large pool, lounge chairs, yard to play and a fire pit. Communication with the host was excellent and she made sure we had what we needed. Lovely oasis for a family vacation

We were fortunate to find this home to rent for a week. The property was perfect for our family vacation. The inside of the home is lovely and well appointed; plenty of space for our group of 4. However our absolute favorite spots were the backyard, patio and pool area. Just beautiful and serene after a day at the beach, shopping, or visiting different towns. The location is perfect. The home is conveniently close to main roads and the train station. The owners were available and responsive to all questions. So appreciated the prompt and easy communication. Lastly, I left behind my laptop and work tote bag. The owner called me immediately. I appreciate her willingness to ship it to my home as we were unable to come back to the house to pick it up.
