Views were amazing from the minute you walked in to when you went to bed! Breath taking! Peaceful surroundings, spacious, clean, great location for local dining! Awesome communication with host who was also very accommodating! You won't be sorry - beautiful home!

The home was extremely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The view of the bay from all rooms was wonderful. The host was outstanding with communication. Would highly recommend and will certainly be rebooking in the future.

The host was wonderful! Very communicative and easy to reach with any questions I may have had. The house is in a perfect location and is as clean as can be. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had superior appliances. I had relatives from out of state stay at the house and they thought they were in heaven with a superior water view!

Convenient with nice views of the bay

We had a nice stay in Patchogue while visiting friends and family during spring break. The house has all that you would expect - toiletries, kitchen tools and supplies. Very close to Main Street Patchogue and a variety of delicious restaurants.

Sharon was an outstanding communicator! The home was as advertised. It would be a great help is she could put a note book in the home detailing how to use the shower and other amenities in the home. There was a discrepancy between all the high end equipment in the kitchen and the shower and lack of the basic necessities that were missing like tissues and the toilet paper that was like the tissue you put in packages. So bring your own or buy what you need in advance of staying. We arrived in 93 degree heat and it would have been nice if the host had turned on the air before our arrival to cool the home down. Inside it was 85 degrees. The AC into the bedrooms did not cool the rooms down no matter what we did. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink until day2 of our stay. We cooked every meal and it was difficult to find the equipment we needed even though the kitchen was so fancy....no condiments, old cooking oils etc. You will need to shop as we did to have a successful meal prep. Given that I was a Girl Scout, I made it all work and we were able to have a good stay. There are steep stairs into the garage and deep steps into the front door. But, we made it all work! The view is wonderful and it is comforting to watch the water and the boats go by!

This beautiful home was clean and comfortable. It appeared to be in a very safe neighborhood and right on the ocean. Waking up to that view was definitely a highlight of our stay! We also saw a gorgeous sunset and a lightning storm over Fire Island!!! The back of the house has walls of windows!I loved the kitchen and all the really nice glasses and dinnerware available for us to use. I also appreciated the Keurig coffee maker! We would have liked to have a few games, puzzles and books available. We took a ride to Target to purchase a few games, but we could have brought them, had we known. The yard is nice, with the boardwalk along the waters' edge, but would be nice to have a fire pit available.The deck was huge, but very rotted and wobbly. We didn't use it much for fear of falling through on a soft spot. This definitely needs to be remedied. That is the only reason for the 4-star vs. 5-star review. It would have been nice to have a few more seating options outside and a table with umbrella for eating outside on the deck.The host was very kind and responsive. She gave us lots of tips on things to do in the area. Would consider staying here again in the future, if the deck was replaced.

The house was very clean and in an incredibly convenient location. The kids had fun fishing from the yard. We enjoyed nearby restaurants and things to do in the area on rainy days. It was unfortunate that the listed outdoor shower is not functioning, nor was there a fire pit as the listing advertised. While we had been looking forward to these amenities, the house itself did not disappoint.
