House was pefect for the 11 of use. Plenty of space and bathrooms. It was very clean and as decribed. While the are 2 wagons to head to the beach, there are only 6 chairs and 2 bikes. It is not within a walkable distance to downtown Siesta Key but with the easily accessable Frog Hopper getting there was a breeze. I would highly recommend this property.

Thank you for the kind review! It sounds like the home worked beautifully for your group of 11, and we are so glad the space, cleanliness, and bathroom setup made for a comfortable stay. We appreciate you mentioning the beach gear and would love to share a bit of context for future guests. This property sits right on Siesta Key Beach, with downtown Sarasota just a 10 to 15 minute ride away by car, Uber, or trolley. The Frog Hopper really is a fun and easy way to get around. The home is also stocked with four bikes for guests to enjoy, and additional beach chairs are always available either as a rental or by request. A quick note to our team is all it takes! We would love the pleasure of hosting you and yours again the next time your travels bring you to the Siesta Key, Lido Key, Anna Maria, or Clearwater Beach areas! -Vunique Vacations
