Klimatisierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Villa mit Meerblick und großer privater Terrasse, Garten, 3 km von Bastia

Ideally located at the entrance of Cap Corse, on the heights of Pietranera and just 3 km from Bastia, this ground-floor two-bedroom apartment offers an exceptional view of the sea and the Italian islands from its large private terrace and both bedrooms.
Nestled in a lush green setting in the sought-after Porraja neighborhood, it promises a stay combining authenticity and charm.

The apartment features a large on-site parking area, a fully independent entrance, a private garden, and a spacious private terrace. A local family lives on the upper floor but uses separate access and facilities.
The sea is a 20-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away, and Bastia can be reached in just 5 minutes by car.
Hiking trails are accessible on foot directly from the villa.
You will also be able to explore all the treasures of Cap Corse and discover the places and people of this unique and authentic micro-region.

The apartment consists of:
• 2 bedrooms, each with sea views
• 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
• 1 living room with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa, dining table, and TV, opening onto the terrace
• 1 large terrace to enjoy the view and outdoor meals
• A terraced garden planted with olive trees and Mediterranean species
• A large private parking area right in front of the entrance

I will be delighted to welcome you, regardless of your arrival time, and remain available for any request during your stay.
Access is via Chemin de Porraja, located on the heights of Pietranera—steep and descending toward the sea.
