Come enjoy an unforgettable stay in this magnificent house located on the heights of Saint-Aygulf, in a quiet and very sought after residential area. Offering an exceptional panoramic view of the Estérel and the surroundings, this property combines comfort, relaxation and Mediterranean charm.

The house, fully equipped and tastefully decorated, has all the necessary comforts for a relaxing holiday.

It includes three comfortable bedrooms, with a double bed 180x200, a double bed 160x200, a bunk bed 90x200 and a drawer bed 90x200. You will also find two functional bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

The bright living space opens onto the outside with a dining room and a living room equipped with a sofa bed 160x200.
The panoramic terrace is ideal for your outdoor meals or moments of relaxation at sunset.
You can also enjoy a private swimming pool perfectly sunny, open from May to September.

During your stay you will have at your disposal the wifi, a private parking, a television, a washing machine, an iron, air conditioning, a barbecue, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and a coffee machine. Access for people with reduced mobility is also available.

The Gorges du Verdon, accessible in 1 hour and 15 minutes, await you for swimming, pedal boating, kayaking and grandiose landscapes. The Sentier du Littoral and the Massif de l'Estérel will offer you magnificent walks and hikes.

For new adventures, discover the Pic de l'Ours and the Mont Vinaigre, or opt for a walk along the Argens, ideal for canoeing-kayaking or a quiet paddle trip. ## Emplacement
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the French Riviera. It has also been classified as a city of Art and History. It was originally a Roman city founded in 49 BC to oppose the city of Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus is the site that has the largest concentration of ancient French remains after Arles.
There is also the nature base François léotard (outdoor sports complex with many events in summer).
