Welcome to Saint-Aygulf, we offer you for rent a pretty villa within a small co-ownership which will offer you a sublime and calm setting as close to the seaside as to the city center.
You will also be 30 minutes from Cannes, about 50 minutes from Nice airport and 1h10 from Toulon airport.

The villa consists of:

An equipped kitchen separated from the living room opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
In the sleeping area on the ground floor: a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a second bedroom with two bunk beds (4 single beds) ideal for children.
These two bedrooms on the ground floor overlook a small garden.
A bathroom with bath and WC completes the sleeping area.
A large living room very bright with its large bay windows with electric shutters runs along the main terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
The dining room equipped with a large table is open to the living room, two non-convertible sofas as well as numerous armchairs create a relaxation area with television and internet box.
Upstairs, a large mezzanine composed of a parental suite (closed) with private terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with a 140x190 double bed and shower room with WC.
A sleeping area is furnished with a 140x190 sofa bed on the open part of the mezzanine which overlooks part of the living room.
Outside, a large terrace furnished and equipped with: sunbeds by the pool, a large dining table with parasols on the terrace, with a sheltered area for the barbecue.

The villa is located in a small co-ownership closed and secured by an electric gate, four car spaces are adjacent to the villa.

Location :

Located 250 meters from the sea and 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach, you will find nearby supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars, banks, post office etc.
Local activities are numerous and for all ages such as:
Scuba diving and exploration, jet skiing, towed buoy, pedal boat rental, kayaking, water skiing, boat rental, water park, amusement park, buggy ride, hiking on the emblematic customs officer trail.
You will be spoiled for choice to fill your long summer days with family or friends.

TRAVELER ACCESS
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. The keys will be handed over automatically by key box from 4 p.m. to the address of the accommodation.

EXTRA CHARGES
Linen is provided from 6 nights, it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
A request for additional payment may be requested for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.

SERVICE
In order to facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link that we will send to you once the reservation has been confirmed. Following this, you will have access to a digital welcome booklet made available to you throughout the duration of your stay. You will find all the information related to the arrival procedure, the operation of the accommodation, good addresses and more.

BAIL
A deposit in the form of an online bank imprint may be requested at the time of booking depending on the platform through which you choose to book our accommodation.
