You will fall under the charm of this modern and elegant duplex, on the 2nd floor without lift in a beautifully restored building. A spacious and very bright living area, with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that will delight food lovers! An area complemented by a charming balcony and a small table ideal for a suspended break. The staircase offers a magnificent view overlooking the neighbourhood as it takes you to the floor where two double bedrooms await you (one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed) and a bathroom with an Italian shower and a washing machine.



Right in the heart of the city, the tram awaits you at the foot of the building, located just a stone's throw from the Promenade du Peyrou and close to the sumptuous Jardin des Plantes, the oldest royal garden in France, created in 1593! An ideal location to set off and discover all the jewels of Montpellier.
