Unfortunately, our experience with this property never truly began due to a complete lack of communication from the host.On the day of our arrival in Orlando, we were supposed to receive check-in instructions prior to our 4:00 PM check-in time. We landed at 4:30 PM and had not received any email or in-app message with access information. When I checked the VRBO app, it only indicated that the host would send check-in details, but nothing had been sent.The only way to contact the host was through the VRBO chat feature. We messaged the host and waited over 20 minutes without any response. With no way to access the property, we contacted VRBO customer service. They also attempted to reach the host multiple times and were unsuccessful.As a result, VRBO canceled our reservation, issued a refund, and arranged a hotel for the first two nights of our trip—even though we had booked a six-day stay. Unfortunately, the process of canceling the reservation, refunding our money, and securing a hotel took over an hour to complete while we sat in the airport trying to figure out what to do and where to go after a long day of travel.While VRBO ultimately helped resolve the situation, the lack of communication and failure to provide check-in information from the host caused significant stress and disruption to our trip. I would strongly recommend guests STAY AWAY from property.
