Guest access

There is parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles. There are additional free parking areas throughout the community. Cars should not be parked on the street.

Other things to note
-Please note the neighborhood and management team enforces quiet hours after 10pm, and be mindful of noise levels to respect the surrounding residents/guests.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-No pets and no smoking allowed on the premises. Strictly prohibited.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Guests will be held liable for any damages to LSV/golf cart. Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart or other amenities provided to guests.
