Find the beach just steps from your front door, or take a dip in the beachfront complex pool (unheated) and hot tub. Stroll to several dining and shopping options nearby. When the sun sets, discover a variety of pubs and restaurants, also within walking distance.

After a day at the beach, kick back in the light and airy living area, furnished with a plush sofa and love seat. Make some popcorn and watch favorite shows on the TV. There is also a double sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, enjoy vacation meals together at the dining table. Sip morning coffee on the covered balcony, furnished with table seating. Or simply relax and enjoy the expansive views and coastal breeze. Extra perks include provided beach chairs and toys.

THINGS TO KNOW
The Inverness hot tub is currently under renovation and unavailable for guest use. The North elevator is undergoing maintenance and will be available in February 2023. The South elevator will be undergoing maintenance immediately following and will be available in May 2023. Dates are subject to change.
This third-story condo is accessible via an elevator.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
