Our accommodation is ideal for a couple's getaway. Conveniently located, it allows you to explore the city on foot.
As soon as you walk in, you'll be charmed by the jungle-themed decor.

The accommodation consists of:

- A LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa,

- A KITCHEN AREA: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will find: hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a kettle and everything you need for cooking.

- A BEDROOM AREA: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) with quality bedding, ideal for your evenings in front of the television, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. The living room is air-conditioned.

- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax under a spacious walk-in shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.


## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire flat to yourself to make you feel at home. The accommodation is on the first floor without a lift.

INDEPENDENT CHECK-IN: You can check in independently from 3pm using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet 2 hours before your arrival.

PARKING: The accommodation does not have a parking space, but you can park very easily on the street or on the boulevard.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops at the bottom of the building. The train station is a 20-minute walk away. What's more, you are only a 5-minute walk from the city centre.

AVAILABILITY: Although arrival is self-guided, we are available 7 days a week via messaging on the booking platform or by telephone until 11 p.m. in case of emergency.

LOCAL GUIDE: Before your arrival, you will receive your personalised digital booklet. It is full of our local recommendations: the best restaurants, the most charming cafés, the must-see sights and Brive's well-kept secrets for living like a local. You will also receive offers from our partners.

SERVICES ON REQUEST: Please do not hesitate to contact us with any special requests (cot, high chair, taxi booking, etc.). We will do our best to accommodate you.

The accommodation is nestled in the city centre, a prime location that perfectly combines tranquillity and proximity to shops.

The local market in the Guierle car park on Saturday mornings, where you can discover regional products, less than a 3-minute walk away.

Guierles Park: 6 minutes on foot.

FOR FOODIES: The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, bars and cafés. Don't miss La Halle Gaillarde to sample the local speciality over brunch from Tuesday to Sunday.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of some important information:
HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighbourhood is essential between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please do not hesitate to ask us. For any check-out between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of £10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include thorough cleaning of the accommodation and the provision of bed linen and towels.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be pre-authorised.
