In Passa, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting in the heart of Roussillon, just minutes from Monastir del Camp, a Romanesque gem nestled among vineyards and olive groves. Staying here puts you ideally located for alternating between cultural discoveries in Thuir and its famous Byrrh cellars, strolls through the lively streets of Céret, or days spent by the sea between Saint Cyprien, Argelès-sur-Mer, and Canet-en-Roussillon, prized for their long, fine sandy beaches and summer atmosphere. Village markets, vineyards, and typical terraces perfectly complement the experience. Maxime's gîte is located on the ground floor (direct access or via about ten steps) of a fully renovated manor house with views of the vineyards and the Albères mountains. This single-level gîte is arranged around a welcoming open-plan living area combining the lounge and dining room. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner induction hob, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, and Senseo machine, allowing you to easily prepare your meals. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190 cm) • Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190 cm) Access to the outside is via a flight of about ten steps leading to the shared, enclosed garden with trees. The 8x4 m swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 1.80 m, is open from May to mid-October. A summer kitchen is also available, shared with a second gîte located on the first floor. Private parking is provided.
