Enjoy the view over the sunset and the sparkling water of the 8lakes from the oversized terrace. This is THE place to enjoy the unique sunsets of Cape Coral. On the terrace or the dock you'll find your favorite place to take sun and enjoy the moment. Comfortable sunloungers and a cute lounge offer enough space for everybody.
A high quality outdoor kitchen with fume hood and sink for a wonderful cooking experience outdoor. Try to catch a fish on the dock and cook it fresh for dinner.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could wish for. A small breakfast counter for 2 persons is the ideal place to enjoy the first coffee in the morning. Formal dining for 6 persons.
3 bedrooms offer space for 6 guests. Masterbedroom with direct access to the pool area and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a double sink. The junior bedroom offers also direct access to the pool area and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, both of which have a queensize bed.
Free highspeed WLan available. Each bedroom offers an own TV. Also you find a TV in the livingroom. Bose Dolby Surround System and Blue Ray Player.
Wonderful dock right next to the water to sit and enjoy the sun and the sparkling water.
Why don't you rent a boat for a few days and head off to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva by boat? You will be thrilled of the thousands of shells you find and cute little restaurants you can only reach by boat.
