Wonderfull Stay In Cape Coral

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. I was impressed with the equipped kitchen, lovely decor, comfortable bedding and of course, the pool. The house is in a nice quiet location near great restaurants, stores and beach. We definitely will be back.

Amazing house in a great neighborhood. Plenty of places to eat around and house cleanliness was 10/10. The pool was fantastic and so much room for everyone

Best Christmas gift ever!

We gifted my parents a long weekend for Christmas with our family and had the BEST time! The house was perfect and the pool was a treat. It was a gift to have access to beach chairs!

Beautiful Property

The location is great! 12 miles to Ft. Meyers beach in a well maintained neighborhood. Very clean property. Pool was perfect and the kids loved every minute. Property has everything you need for the beach so don’t worry if you forget anything. Just an overall awesome trip, thank you!!

Best vacation house we have ever stayed at

This house and the owner were absolutely the best!! Our grands so enjoyed the heated pool. Our family is from the north and love going to the beach!! Beaches in this area are not yet what they once were so drove hour north and south to access good beaches! Hands down though - this place was definitely a 10!!

GREAT STAY

All I can say is “Wow”! The house was stunning, fully stocked with anything you could ever need from pool towels, chairs and other beach stuff in the garage, to shampoos and conditioners. Beautiful finishes and very well appointed, every need has been considered and was beautifully decorated throughout. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with easy distance from Cape Coral attractions, excursions, and restaurants. This house is perfect for a big group with kids; the outdoor entertainment area was perfect to enjoy the pool and the grill. I would 100% book again and for a much longer stay!

Spring Break Getaway

Beautiful property! Clean and decorated beautifully. Agnes was there to answer questions we had. She has pretty much everything you could want to take to the beach with you. Pool was amazing, warm and clean and some pool toys too. It was so nice to have a place to come back to and relax. One thing is I was expecting a hot tub since it was on the listing...but no hot tub. Disappointing 😞 But, that really was my only problem with this place. It was also close to Starbucks, Publix and Target.

Spring Break Retreat

My family/extended family of 8 (ages 17-81) stayed in this lovely home this past week. We were in the area to watch my daughter’s college softball team compete in a tournament and were able to make a mini vacation of it! The house was absolutely perfect! Well stocked with all that we needed, there was plenty of room for everyone. We spent most of our time in the screened in patio outside talking and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Our beach day was an easy feat, with all the supplies we could possibly need in the garage. The host was very communicative and easy to reach. Quick to respond to anything we asked. We highly recommend this lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Family-friendly modern home close to our favorite splash pad!

We are grateful to Agnes for a memorable stay in Cape Coral (3 min from our favorite splash pad at Fellowship Park)! There were so many perfect features for our family (3 kids 5 and under): high chair, crib, scooter, bean bag chair, and most importantly a (removable) safety fence to allow kids to roam freely on the lanai. Beach towels, chairs, and coolers were also convenient and appreciated. Beds were comfortable, house layout/design was thoughtful and streamlined. Check in/check out were easy non-issues. Agnes was attentive when an appliance wasn’t working and provided solutions to resolve. I think it would be helpful to have a list of supplies for future families, as it would’ve been nice to not have to pack a pool floatie etc if it were already there. It would’ve also been helpful to have a regimen to rid the clover mites; we understand they’re normal in Florida but they won the kitchen over after 6 days with toddlers despite best clean up efforts. Overall we loved our stay and hope to return one day!
