We had a perfect stay. The home is beautifully appointed with a great pool and hot tub. The setting on the canal is perfect. The home is clean, very comfortable and has everything you need for a week in the sun. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and we appreciated them. We hope to stay again.

A Pool to Remember

This villa is beautiful. It is in a great location and the view from the pool was great. This is the best pool we have had in Florida. The villa has everything you need and we would definitely stay again.

Couldn't have ask for more!

Took the family down to FL for thanksgiving weekend. We were impressed the moment we walked in. The house was nice, a great water view, and the we felt right at home. The property manager was very helpful and we will definitely be back!

We were very happy with this rental. The kiddie pool was great for our little granddaughters and there is a lot of room. Am definitely wanting to rent again next year.

Vertel nice holiday rental with a lot of luxueus! Pity that the cleaning was not perfect everywhere. Dust is a Point of interest. Swimming pool is lovely, house is perfectly equiped!

Beautiful house with plenty of places to relax.

Location is a little out of the way- but worth it if you are staying put. If you are planning day trips to Twins baseball, Sanibel, Naples, Marco Island-plan for traffic and long drives. Took 1 hour to get to airport on departure at 9:00 am.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, jedoch möchten wir ergänzen, daß unsere Villa New Starshine sehr zentral und an einem breiten Kanal und im schönsten Teil von Cape Coral liegt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und die kleine Shoppingmeile bei Cape Harbour erreichen sie in 7 Minuten. Die von Ihnen angegebene Fahrtzeit zu den Stränden können von uns ebenfalls nicht bestätigt werden. Wir benötigten niemals länger als 35 Minuten zum Flughafen und 30 bis 45 Minuten zu den Stränden von Sanibel und Fort Myers. Ihren Gästebucheintrag in unserm Haus danken wir von Herzen, da sie darin unser Haus in allerhöchstem Maße lobten und alle Vorzüge besonders betonten. Wir hätten uns gefreut, diesen Eintrag auf dieser Seite veröffentlichen zu können. Vielen Dank und vielleicht bis bald, Silvia und Holger

We love this property and this is our second time here. Property manager is alway amazing. Owners send us a Christmas card every year which we love. They make it feel like it’s your home away from home. We love the huge fruit basket they always leave their guest. Amazing highly recommend.

Exquisite Getaway

Stunning home for our Christmas vacation! The property was absolutely beautiful and in a very desirable location. We spent most of our time just enjoying the weather and quality family time on the spacious lanai. Holger and Silvia were perfect hosts answering all of our questions in a timely fashion, prior to our arrival. Sabine was equally excellent during our stay, making sure all accommodations exceeded our expectations. We would 100% stay at this property again, and highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy all that SWFL has to offer!!

Love this house!

We loved our stay in this house! The house is beautiful and well laid out. Our family of 5 stayed very comfortably. The home owners and Sadine (property manager) was wonderful to work with. This place literally has everything you could want on a vacation from a pack-n-play, high chair, beach toys, bikes, and kids toys. The pool and spa area is amazing and overlooking the canal where the jumping fish will surely keep you entertained (especially for young children). We cannot wait to come back!

Thanksgiving 2020

Our family had a great time staying here over thanksgiving. The property was immaculate and better than the pictures. Unfortunately the AC was not working when we arrived but the property manager had it serviced first thing the next day. We will definitely consider staying here again on future trips to the area. One thing to consider when booking if you plan on boating and are unfamiliar with the area, it is about 45 min to 1 hr to get to open water through the canals.

Amazing vacation

Our vacation was fantastic from the moment we arrived. The house was even better than pictured. The majority of our time was spent outside by the pool. We also took a few trips to get ice cream on the bikes, and drove over to Sanibel a couple times. I must say the house was incredibly supplied with anything necessary (thank you), communication before and during our stay was fantastic, there wasn't anything we couldn't find (except a extra days). Thank you so much for sharing your home. We enjoyed every moment!!!!!!!

Top notch

From the time we arrived everything was better than promised. We cannot say enough good things about Sabine, she was extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. The pool and views are amazing along with having a ground floor access to everything makes for great functionality between indoor and outdoor space. Publix and dollar general are just down the street along with a short drive to lobster lady and rum runners. Thank you for a great anniversary! Hope to come again next year.

A Great Stay At Your House

Upon arrival, we were completely amazed with the beautiful house and pool/spa. We felt at home with all the amenities. When we went to the beach, there were chairs, umbrellas and coolers to take along. Another day when we were there we had a very enjoyable bike ride through the neighborhood, using bicycles that were in the garage. We had friends that visited us at the house, and they too were awestruck with the domicile. Each evening we would sit in the spa and marvel at the gorgeous sunsets. We would love to come and visit Florida again and stay in this house.

Last Minute Holiday Vacation Opportunity in Cape Coral

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious European style villa/home. It was so clean and elegant, and filled with lovely art. Being on the canal was awesome and the screened-in back yard with infinity pool and hot tub was so nice. We really appreciated all the amenities and uncommon touches, like the bowl of fresh fruit that we nibbled on the entire week and the well stocked kitchen (including condiments and tons of spices). They had a large bluetooth speaker for us to use. The beds were very comfortable, and the TVs were good. Property mgr. Sabine was nice, responsive and helpful. We’d love to visit Villa StarShine again!
