Situated on the edge of a nature area, in a quiet and sunny environment, it offers 191 m² of warm spaces and can accommodate up to 14 people. An ideal place for a holiday with family or friends, between lake and mountains.

This accommodation is equipped with a RoomMonitor Noise Alarm system. This system monitors noise levels to prevent nuisance and ensure respect for neighbours, as well as detecting smoke and tobacco.

Transport :
- Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the house, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 15 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, private parking spaces are available in the courtyard of the Maison.

- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden, room monitor to assess the intensity of the noise.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.

On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
