Located on the edge of a natural area, in a quiet and sunny environment, it offers 191 m² of cosy space and can accommodate up to 14 people. An ideal place for holidays with family or friends, between lake and mountains.

- The regular SIBRA Y51 and 15 bus routes, with a stop located near the house, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (approximately 25 minutes) and the nearby beaches (5 to 15 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car. Bus and private shuttle services also connect Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend using taxis or private hire vehicles.
- If you choose to come by car, private parking spaces are available in the courtyard of the house.
