-Bedroom 2 (lake side): 1 queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with en-suite bathroom including shower and bathtub, storage cupboards, television, and a desk area
-Bedroom 3 (mountain side): 1 queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with adjoining shower room and storage cupboards
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Exterior:
-Charming east-facing terrace for sunny breakfasts, shaded by a pergola, with outdoor lounge furniture and a large dining table for relaxation
-Small terrace with round table and 4 chairs in front of the house

Talloires is proud to be one of the most beautiful villages in France. Its exceptional bay, home to a small marina just steps from the beach, is steeped in history and legends. Experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private boat tours…), discover the local heritage through cultural visits (Eco-Museum of Lake Annecy…), take to the skies with a paragliding adventure, and stroll through the old town of Annecy.
Food lovers can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences with our private chef services (delivery, in-home chef…). All activities and services can be arranged by our local partner, an expert in personalized stays.

Transport:
-Regular SIBRA bus line 60, with a stop just 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment, provides easy access to Annecy city center (approx. 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 minutes).
-Geneva International Airport is about 60 minutes away by car. Bus and private shuttle connections also link Geneva to Annecy. For more comfort, we recommend taxis or chauffeur services.
-If you come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the house.

-Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited
-Hotel-quality bed linen and towels (4/5-star standard) are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival. Dish towels and bath mats are also included.

On site, you will be welcomed personally by a service provider selected by the Cocoonr Annecy agency. They will show you around the property, answer your questions, and hand over the keys.
