Cocoonr offers you this superb, modern, bright 115 m² house to rent in Saint-Jorioz, ideally located just 200 metres from the lake and 400 metres from the village centre, in a quiet residential cul-de-sac.
Newly built and tastefully decorated, it has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. Its gas fireplace adds a warm and friendly atmosphere, while its large 800 m² enclosed landscaped garden is the perfect backdrop for admiring the mountain views.
Ideally located, the property also offers easy access to the main surrounding ski resorts: Le Semnoz (25 minutes), La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand (approximately 1 hour), perfect for winter getaways with family or friends.
The house is arranged as follows
- Garden level
- Spacious living room opening onto the terrace and garden, with TV lounge area (connected TV, Netflix, YouTube, etc.), gas fireplace and dining area for 8 people.
- Large picture windows offer plenty of light and direct access to the wooden terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a plancha.
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
- Utility room with washing machine.
- Separate WC.
