Cocoonr Annecy is pleased to present Villa AlizĂ©, a stunning 180 mÂČ family residence located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Sevrier, just 50 metres from Lake Annecy.
Surrounded by vast green spaces and offering unique panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains, this villa combines comfort, privacy, and an exceptional location.
With its 3,040 sq.m landscaped grounds, balconies overlooking the lake and mountains, and private swimming pool, it is the perfect setting for family holidays or getaways with friends. A riverside path, directly accessible from the garden, leads easily to the lakeshore and walking trails.
Ground Floor :
- Fully equipped separate kitchen with dining table for 4 and TV (kettle, Nespresso, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, raclette and fondue setsâŠ), direct access to the terrace and balcony.
- Warm and inviting living room with large sofa, fireplace, and smart TV (Netflix, TV channels).
- Dining area for 8 guests, open to the living room, with large bay windows opening onto the terrace.
