Loved being so close to the beach and really loved the outdoor shower - with heated water!Our kids loved having a bunk bed and thought it was awesome that they had their own balcony. My oldest said it perfectly, “best vacation ever!”

July 4th Family trip

This place was perfect for us. Lots of space for us to spread out and really enjoy our time together. Perfect location, within walking distance to the beach and so many different shops and things. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We loved our recent stay. The house is located just far enough away from the main part of Surf City to be quiet, but everything is still easy walking distance. Great access to the beach. The house itself is super cute and very clean.

Beautiful Beach House

This house was perfect for our little group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was so nice. Towels & linens were provided. The house was spotless and just as described. Close to beach access and lots to do. Would love to stay here again one day.

Great Stay in Surf City

We had a great July 4th weekend trip. The home was great and walking distance to the town which was great with all the holiday traffic. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The communication with Jon was awesome and the guide they provided had some great information.

Great beach getaway for me & my kids

The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed! I appreciated how easy to communicate it was with the hosts. We walked to the beach, to the donut shop, and enjoyed local offerings of surf city (espy the local marine ecological adventures and hot dog stand). The main bedroom has a very comfortable bed with a deck that you can see sunrise. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect getaway!

Very pleased with this home and owners. Beds are comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped, decor was really pretty. This was an extended weekend trip for our family including three who are in the military. Due to their schedule we brought vacation to them in Surf City. This condo/duplex is an easy walk to beach. It was very clean and comfortable for our group. Would def stay here again. Thank you so much for sharing with us!

Excellent location, great communication

The location of the townhome was fantastic. It was an easy walk to the beach and very close to eating establishments. All were easy walks. The owners were in constant communication and when we needed an air mattress they had one delivered to us within a couple of hours. All said we really enjoyed the location, the home, its amenities and the communication and prompt responses of the owners.

Great location with amazing host!

We loved this location. It was close to all the places we wanted to visit. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Easy quick walk to the beach. The hist were very helpful and brought a fishing pole for my son who had to leave his behind in asheville (we are Helene displaced). They went the extra mile for us. This house was also perfect because the condo next door was rented by our friends and the kids had a great time going back and forth between homes. Perfect!

Lovely beachy home

This lovely home welcomes you immediately. The beach themed decor sets the mood. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of linens and towels. The outdoor shower is a real bonus for cleanup after a day at the beach, which is just a short walk away. Another plus is the fully equipped kitchen; everything needed for lazy morning breakfasts and dinners, if you choose. The decks are perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. All in all, we had a wonderful time. Our hosts were responsive to any questions and made us feel welcome in their lovely home. I definitely recommend this property and our hosts, Jonathan and Kristin.
