Spend your days soaking up the sun, then come home to challenge your crew to a game of ping pong in the garage, play your favorite classic on the golden tee arcade machine, gather around the backyard fire pit, or unwind on the patio with your favorite drink.

Freshly updated in Summer 2026 with new furnishings and fresh paint, The Salty Cove is designed for families, couples, and small groups looking to enjoy everything Topsail Island has to offer.

With 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and two separate living spaces, our home comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out after a day at the beach.

The primary suite features a comfy Serta king bed, desk, walk in closet, ceiling fan attached bathroom (with tub shower).

While the second bedroom features a queen bed and twin bunk (over). Attached bathroom (with tub shower), ceiling fan, and small closet.

Perfectly located on the mainland side of Surf City, you'll be just a quick 5-minute drive from the beach while staying close to all the area's conveniences. Enjoy easy walking or biking access to local playgrounds, pickleball courts, restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. Family-friendly attractions like the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center and a nearby fishing pond are just minutes away.

• Fully stocked kitchen with a dual coffee maker for both Keurig pods (starter pods provided) and full set of stainless steal pots, baking sheets, and utensils. Crockpot, toaster, kettle.
• Family-friendly amenities including kids' dishes, books and a step stool.
• Beach towels, two beach chairs, and an umbrella for guest use
• Backyard patio with a fire pit, string lights and yard games. Fully fenced in.
• Outdoor shower (cold water only) for rinsing off after beach days
• Driveway parking for two vehicles.
• Dog-friendly (up to two dogs, no puppies) with an additional pet fee. Must include in reservation. Dogs need to be crated if left alone in the house.
• Washer and dryer are located in a closet off the dining area. Laundry pods are provided to get you started.

No parties or gatherings.
21 and older for booking person.
Security Cameras: There is one security camera located in the back of the house and one in the front for security purposes and to keep track of our cleaning and maintenance services only.
For added peace of mind, we recommend travel insurance to help protect your trip from unexpected events and potential hurricane-related disruptions. Hurricane season on the Carolina coast runs from June 1 through November 30.
Due to our warm coastal climate, occasional insects are a normal part of beach living, even with routine pest control. Keeping doors and windows closed helps reduce their presence.
Guests have full access with exceptions of the linen/supply closets.
